Good food. Their egg drop soup is quite good and a go-to of mine. Not greasy. Chinese food (Chinese-American) done right. Very nice staff.
Dine-in is not fancy. Carry out seems to be most of their business. Seems to be family run and it runs smoothly.
Great Takeout!. We tried a few things - seasame chicken with pork fried rice, pork egg roll, steamed dumplings and wonton soup. Everything was tasty, we'll be back when we need a fix for Chinese food!
Good Chinese but Not Managed Well. Enjoyed our take out from Great Wall tonight. Large portions for the price (large size). What we ordered and comments.

A Chinese restaurant that doesn't delivery is very strange to me. Very unfortunate. I won't be ordering from them very often because of this, despite the food being overall good.
NOTE....YOU MUST ASK FOR condiments. We picked up our order only to realize when we got back they don't include any. We had no hot mustard, no soy, no sweet and sour sauce. :(
Lastly, the person answering the phone doesn't speak, or understand, English very well. This made it a very difficult process. We had a lot of trouble ordering and even going over the items we ordered upon pick up. He also wasn't friendly. Visibly frustrated in his inability to communicate, as were we.
Deliver the food and fix the problems and I guarantee I'd order from them at least once a month. I'll try it again soon and give an update.
Been twice in a week. Good amount of food. We liked the pork egg roll and a few of the dishes. We are lunch at the restaurant and took dinner home a few nights before.
This is the BEST Chinese food in all of Charleston and the best I've had in my life . honestly...my husband and I have been going here for years being that we are from James Island and now that we've moved to the west we still drive all the way to James Island when we want any kind of Chinese..NOWHERE else can top great wall...food is always fresh and hot and big portions...it's so good Im literally typing this review as ny husband is on his way to pick up our dinner.
The on-the-corner family-owned Chinese takeout place of your dreams, Owners have incredible service, recognize me by my order every time. 10/10 takeout. The chicken on a stick is a knockout and legit the best eggrolls ever. I buy an extra one every time they are so good! Personal favorites are the Gen Tso Chicken, Sesame chicken, Sweet n Sour chicken, and the boneless ribs ❤️.
I'm from Moncks Corner, and I would drive past every Chinese restaurant between Moncks Corner and James Island to eat here again in the future. Food is fresh fast and the service is warm and welcoming.
This is as good as any Chinese place around here. Looks like a family operation and they are almost always busy which is a good sign. I think the dinner combination plates which come with entree, fried rice and egg roll are the best value. This is typical takeout Chinese so don’t expect fine dining or anything. It’s just solid, always hot and fresh to order, Chinese food. My go to favorites are the wonton egg drop soup (best in Charleston) and the chicken lo mein. These are always hot and fresh. The staff is always friendly and it’s always the same people working.
We'll be back again. The menu is vast. Nice family. *Shrimp with mixed vegetables - bok choy, carrots, snow peas, water chestnuts if you ask.

Great food! The owner was super nice! We would come back a million times if we could!
Great place to eat and the family who runs it is extremely friendly. Would recommend to anyone.
Best bourbon chicken! Charles and his family are great people, go support them!
Small family-run Chinese restaurant with what seemed like a lot of "regulars" stopping in for dinner. Pretty standard run-of-the-mill menu as far as Chinese take-out places go, but everyone was very friendly and it had a nice chill vibe. The owner's small kids hanging out in their own little area added a touch of extra happiness to the atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back.
