Bushido Japanese Restaurant

Bushidos was a fantastic restaurant that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious Japanese cuisine. The restaurant is located in a convenient location and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. I had the Tori Katsu. The chicken is perfectly fried to a golden crispy texture, and the meat is juicy and tender. The accompanying sauce is flavorful and complements the chicken well. The rest of the menu is also excellent, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Everything I tried was fresh, well-prepared, and tasted great. The service at Bushidos was also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who were happy to answer any questions and provide recommendations. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is that the prices were a bit on the high side, but given the quality of the food and service, it's definitely worth it. Overall, I highly recommend Tori Katsu for anyone looking for delicious Japanese cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere with great service.

My wife and I have been eating Susi at Bushido for 10 years now and it has been by far the best and freshest fish we have had in the Charleston area. Not only is the food and service the bomb but the size of the fish slices for the sushi are huge and the rolls are large and fantastic. All the food and service at this restaurant are top notch and you will not be disappointed by the food quality service or price. Why go downtown Charleston or other places and pay higher prices for smaller portions when you can go to Bushido and truly get your monies worth.

We only order Sushi from Bushido because they make the best in West Ashley. Always fresh! They also have certain specialties on their sushi menu that I cannot get at other local places. Such as Sashimi Salad-this is a mixture of tuna, salmon, and whitefish sashimi with avocado and hot house sauce .It seems simple enough and it is delicious and we split one serving as an appetizer. The sushi chefs are outstanding and deliver consistent quality and freshness.

I would put 10 stars if I could the ginger dressing is the best I've had in a while the sushi rolls are on point we had the detonator and the champ chop I recommend 👌 😋 The hibachi lunch steak was cooked perfectly and my mom's shrimp bowl the shrimp are cooked perfect juicy and they are big! Great amount of food for the prices. The customer service is above and beyond and my mom said some of the best sweet tea in a long time!

Very good food, was very chill. Barely anyone in there surprisingly. Quick service. Very friendly. Drinks refilled quickly. I had a sweet tea (was great), and the chicken hibachi. The veggies were perfect, wish I had ordered extra. Low light atmosphere. My fiance had the chicken udon, was very good. Michael served us, very good job.
