It's a dive bar. If you want something else there are plenty of bars around that will suit your bad taste. If you want original music, a punk rock history lesson and a good time, leave your elitist attitude at the door and enjoy. 😇

If you love dive bars, then this is a must. The drinks are fairly priced, and the atmosphere is fun. The only negative is that I wish the food menu was bigger.

This is our favorite place. The people are down-to-earth and friendly. Chill vibes, cheap prices, great bar staff, pop-up restaurants, and theres almost always something going on and someone cool to talk to.

Pretty cool place to catch bands. There's something going on basically every night so pretty good also cheap to get into like 10 bucks a show. Sound inside isn't that good, but it's what you would expect going to punk shows

Local watering hole with nightly entertainment - Sunday was karaoke with varying degrees of talent, but a cool, comfortable spot where people are friendly and the bartender does her job well. I've seen different events here from nationally touring alternative bands to fairly professional comedy.

Over the last 20 years, this place has not changed a bit. You can still get cheap beer and see above average bands on the weekends.

If you want a break from the bougie Charleston tourist bar scene go here. It’s a punk dive bar, but the people/crowd are inclusive and nice. We didn’t meet one rude person. We went on Sunday, comedy/kareoke night. The comedians were local talent. They were earnest and forthcoming about their lives. In a rough and tumble-looking dive bar the comedians were inclusive, vulnerable, and often funny. The drinks were good and priced fairly. The kareoke DJ played a good mix of music. One of the best dive bars I’ve ever been to. We will be back when we revisit Charleston
