Vespa Pizzeria

I love this place! There are very few restaurants in town that offer gluten free pizza and the one at Vespa is the best I have had anywhere. My favorite one is the gluten free Bella pizza. It is the the perfect combination of goat cheese, apples, caramelized onion jam and arugula that makes it so special to me. They also have the Meomi Pinot Noir I so enjoy. My husband loves the regular pasta choices they have and his favorite dish is the roasted chicken and broccoli Alfredo. He also loves the Rigatoni Bolognese pasta and the regular pizza is also really good. The ingredients are always fresh and the service is outstanding. Everyone there from management to every single server we have had, have been warm and caring making us feel as if we are a part of their family. This place is the perfect neighborhood restaurant. We are very lucky to have such as special jewel on Daniel island.

This was our first time here. The food and service was wonderful! All of the staff was very friendly. Their fries were the best I've had in forever. I ordered the veggie pizza. The vegetables were so fresh and tasty. My husband ordered the ricotta, sausage and mushroom special and said it was delicious. Our server was wonderful and very attentive. We'll definitely be back to try more!

First time here and it was with no doubt a good pizza place selection. The staff is friendly and pizza was served within reasonable time. Good variety of pizzas and they all tasted good, no complaints at all. We got three different appetizers and all of them were excellent. They have indoor and outdoor dining area, plenty of space to eat. I definitely recommend this pizza place.
