Their subs used to have a lot more meat in them. The last couple of times I went there, they were pretty skimpy on the meats.

Seriously I could probably eat here every other day. The owner, Kevin, is awesome. Very friendly, always welcoming, with aspiration to serve you the best sub sammich ever! Charitable donations for firefighters is greatly appreciated. Fast service, warm welcome, at a decent price.

Got an Italian sub for myself and a Tuna sub for my mom. Their subs are always fresh and filling. I wish I remembered to take a picture🤷🏾♂️

I've been to many firehouse sub places and they are always yummy and we didn't get any less this time. However, my girlfriend order a custom sandwich with just a few ingredients on it but they added things she didn't want on it like lettuce, tomato, and mayo.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the Firehouse Sald with Virginia Honey Ham!!! All of the veggies are soooo sooo fresh and tasty!! My new favorite place for a great fresh salad! Yes!!!

What impressed me about this sub shop is the service.
Today. You don't get service, anywhere. But, I was surprised at the commitment to all us people looking for a sandwich.
The manager seemed to be training someone. And hey, it was cool.
The help was friendly, seem checked in. And that, my friends was very cool.
Firehouse is a national chain. It has a theme. But, it is actually very good. Using steamed meats. It works.
This is a place 1st responders can be proud of.

That was a good sandwich! Whomever was on staff today did a great job. It was nice to see a nice number of staff on duty. Usually places understaff, this place did not and it made for a good experience. A low-key, chill experience. Quite enjoyable. Keep up the good work!!

Not sure what happened to my last review. This location has been fine all the other times we went there. It was still fine yesterday with the exception that I couldn’t eat it. I would like to point out that my husband really enjoyed his sandwich and it was ready fast. However, I ordered my sandwich with gluten free bread. Apparently you were out of that which is fine. What was not fine, was the fact that an employee used regular bread instead and did not let me know. Luckily I have ordered this kind of bread enough that I knew it wasn’t gluten free bread. It’s important to note that this is not like using wheat bread instead of white bread. It is not substitutable. Please educate your employees on this. I understand people think eating gluten free is just a fad.. and for some it is. It is not for me.
