Our group utilized Parcel 32 as an offsite dinner for a women's leadership retreat. The venue was absolutely perfect - uniquely decorated to the point that all we did was add some floral arrangements! The food was delicious and our guests are still raving about it. Rachel Starling was fantastic to work with on the planning and logistics pieces. Cannot recommend this venue more highly!
My husband and I just got married at Parcel 32 over the weekend and we knew we immediately had to write a review for anybody else who is considering this venue for their special event. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Parcel 32, Rachel, the chefs and the entire crew. The process of planning an event at Parcel 32 is truly flawless from start to finish, in large part thanks to Rachel. She is an incredible communicator and has the entire process down to a science. When working with Rachel, you always feel like your event is on track and you very clearly understand where everything stands and your next steps. By the time our actual wedding day came, we were completely at ease and able to enjoy every minute of the day, knowing that Rachel was in control and would keep our timeline on track. Beyond the organization and planning process, we also can't say enough about how beautiful the space is, how delicious the food is, and how wonderful and attentive the crew are. Our guests never waited for a single thing - so many people came up to us saying they've never had better service at a wedding. I really could go on and on but suffice it to say - book this venue and you will not regret it! Thank you, Parcel 32 Team! You made our day SO special and we are forever thankful to you.
We hosted a workshop at Parcel 32 in Charleston on May 21 & 22, 2022. The venue was PERFECT- classy, upscale, well appointed, and very detail oriented! Every nook & cranny was decorated to perfection! And the staff…seriously OVER THE TOP kind, accommodating, communicative…this list goes on & on. The food was REALLY good, sandwiches were huge & delicious & the beverage service left us wanting for nothing!! Our group was like a 2-day tornado 🌪but Rachel was GORGEOUS to work with! I HIGHLY recommend hosting your next event there & working with Rachel & her staff! You won’t regret it!!!
We had a company event/dinner at Parcel 32 and it couldn't have been more perfect for us. Rachel was amazing throughout the entire planning process and her entire team was so wonderful with our group. Everyone absolutely raved about the food and the location was ideal. Can't recommend this team enough!
We had an amazing wedding celebration at Parcel 32. I was looking for a historic home in Charleston to host my small, intimate wedding. I fell in love with the romantic, welcoming, unique and relaxed vibe of Parcel 32 from the first time we visited. I love that it felt like welcoming guests to our home instead of a big ballroom. I also love that the reception took place in different areas of the venue (bar for cocktail hour, dining room for dinner, parlor and veranda for dancing and music). I loved that people weren't just stuck sitting at the same table all night. The decor is absolutely stunning too! It needed minimal decorations because the venue is already so gorgeous! It was very convenient that they did all the food, beverages, and desserts as well as all the dinner ware, glass ware, etc and I didn't have to coordinate these separately. Rachel Starling and the entire staff were absolutely incredible. They did so much behind the scenes that I didn't have to worry about at all. The service was top notch, the food was outstanding, and the venue was gorgeous. The most common compliments I got about the wedding were the venue and the food! I was especially excited about the gelato bar which I thought was a unique offering that not many venues provide. Rachel truly went above and beyond my expectations of an event manager. Things were handled so seamlessly that I didn't even notice something was wrong. Everything was executed flawlessly. She was extremely helpful leading up to the wedding too! We couldn't be happier with our experience at Parcel 32, we would get married there again in a heartbeat!
Really nice venue! Visited for a family wedding activity. Worked great for bar, dining, and dancing upstairs. Loved the balcony upstairs for people watching on the streets below and a chance to take a break. Nicely managed.
Big fan!! We stumbled in Parcel 32 walking up King Street on a girls trip to Charleston. The interior is beautifully done and the food is amazing! We hit here right before happy hour ended and enjoyed a handful of small plates. Not one to disappoint. Michael was our bartender and tour guide to Charleston as he was so gracious to answer all our questions about the area and what to see and do. Will be back to Charleston and definitely back to Parcel 32 or one of their other restaurants in the future.
My husband and I chose Parcel 32 for our rehearsal dinner after touring 8 rehearsal dinner venues! As we walked into Parcel 32, we knew that it would be the perfect venue for our pre-wedding activities. Throughout the entire planning process, we worked closely with Rachel Starling. She was absolutely amazing, and we loved working with her! Our rehearsal dinner and welcome party could not have been more perfect! From the beautifully decorated venue to the incredible food and lovely staff, our experience was nothing short of perfect. We would choose Parcel 32 again and all of our guests would agree!
Really beautiful and satisfying experience. Chef Shaun Brian and his whole team have created a brilliant and delicious exploration of modern Lowcountry cooking. The aesthetics and the cooking make for a wholly charming experience. The highlights were the smoked potatoes and the cucumber soup but the octopus, oysters and hush puppies were superlative. My next trip to the Chuck will certainly include another trip to Parcel 32.
Parcel 32 was absolutely incredible. The restaurant is beautiful but the food is even more beautiful. We went during their second night open with a group of 6 people. It was by far the best restaurant we have ever been to after only two days open. In fact, it is now one of our favorite restaurants in the world and gives us a reason to travel to Charleston, SC.
The service was on point and the craft cocktails were spectacular but the food, the food was unbelievable. Food presentation was meticulous and beautiful. The presentation prepared us for some of the most incredible flavor combinations we have ever had on a plate. Everything from beginning to end was simply amazing. The way the chef works with local farms to bring in local ingredients adds freshness bursting with flavor. This restaurant subtly blends land and sea with flavors from light to savory in a unique and appealing way. In just the second night, the restaurant did not have an empty seat.
Parcel 32 will change the cuisine scene in Charleston. We will literally go back to Charleston just to go to this restaurant - I am not sure we can say that we would travel to a city just to go to amy other restaurant. I hope this restaurant can keep the chef happy, the combination the restaurant aesthetic, the fresh ingredients and the creativity of chef is makes Parcel 32 a really special new restaurant.
