The fried green tomatoes, fried oysters, asparagus, mashed potatoes, hush puppies, and coconut cake were all delicious. If you are in there area, stop here and eat. I definitely recommend.

Very traditional menu, low key / divey atmosphere to match. Service was super chill but best of all the food was amazing.

Got here a little late for Sunday brunch and got to watch items disappear from the menu one by one while we were there. Lesson learned.
Porkchops were excellent. Wife's crab cake was mediocre. Fried shrimp was great.
I believe they were short staffed, so service was a little off.
We'll try this place again, though.

Started eating my fish then realized I should’ve taken a picture. The food was very good. I’d definitely come back if we visit the Charleston area again. The owner was also hospitable and welcoming which is always nice.

Great family owned business with awesome food. Will make you think your grandma is in the kitchen cooking! Not listed were lima beans and grilled asparagus 🤤. Choice of barbecue sauces. Good with or without sauce. Homemade cakes for dessert. It's definitely a must place to try!

Too a chance and ate at this spot last night with the family. We wanted something new but yet country cooking. Looked this place up and checked out the menu and I knew this was gonna be just fine for us. The chicken tenders the kids had were hand battered and the wife's fried green tomato appetizers were amazing she said. I ended up getting the Fat Boy Burger and it was definitely tasty. The sweet tea was also excellent and I only drink it when I go out to restaurants so it's nice to have good sweet tea sometimes. I'll definitely head back to try different things off thr menu. Definitely worth checking out if ya want a good meal and not have to worry about a long wait to get a table. They have been in business now for 9 years and I thought to myself I wish I'd found this place sooner.

We only ordered appetizers, and they were delicious! It was a friendly, easy going place. My kids enjoyed sampling true southern food.

This place is small drabby, very low ceilings.
Completely country , but the shrimp and grits are outrageously delicious. They make a nice sweet tea and the lemonade is pretty d*** good.. The service was excellent and the people are very friendly but they only serve (I don't eat) pork meet.

If you want Southern hospitality and Down South comfort food with that homely atmosphere, then make this one of your restaurant choices to experience these! They have a variety of southern dishes and seafood options. I had some of the Best fried scallops here that would out do any of the upscale fancy modern cuisine restaurants in the city. This place is a hidden gem in West Ashley and I'm glad I came to enjoy it. I will definitely return.
