I would like to acknowledge Whitney. I went through the drive thru. A part of my order was missing and I didn't realize until I was home. I called and got Whitney. Not only was she kind and apologetic, she offered to replace the entire meal, not just the one part that was missing. I thought this was kind as no one wants to eat cold fries or watered down drink. When I returned to the restaurant, there must've been good communication bc I said exactly what she told me to say and they were prepared for my return. They knew what I was having replaced and made it quick turn around. While it isn't fun to have items missing, when you are met with this kind of service, it's appreciated. We (people) are quick to complain and we should be as quick to compliment.

Ordered a hot caramel latte and they handed me a coffee cup with a cold one. But not an ice filled cup. Then in the same order my mom had ordered a Mocha Frappuccino and was handed a caramel flavored one with chocolate covered whipped cream. Bathrooms were clean which is why it got the second star.

Girl at window was weird and loud, and kept telling me details of her personal life. She legit barked at my wife. As in like a dog. Leaving two extra stars because normally food is timely and restaurant is clean.

Man at cash register made up for the expensive, terrible tasting fish sandwich! This McDonald's is more expensive than my hometown McD's. The girl who handed me my order was Not friendly. The total order was thirty dollars and the amount and quality was definitely not worth it. I will bypass this McD's and chose another one.

Our food was great but my iced coffee tasted like pure coffee creamer, not even the slightest bit like coffee and not to mention the lady on drive thru had an attitude and came across as very rude.

Been going to this McDonald's for years I've been living in Bedford my whole life and I'm 30 the last two or three years every time I've been there and made an order to find out the order has been messed up every single time I don't even complain anymore I just take what I get I just ordered a daily double and a McChicken and I got a McChicken and a daily double with a chicken patty on it I mean come on how do you not get one single order correct in two or three years

Front counters were closed only self serve kiosk available they dont take cash.so I ask the girl behind the counter how do I order if I'm paying with cash? She rolled her eyes and said I guess I can take your order .... I walked out. This is absolutely horrible service
