For clarity 2 stars is more for the app than this location. I have always had great service here. However, occasionally we will order Mozzarella Sticks on the app and it always has marinara selected for the sauce. You can not even remove it on the app, which is fine by me. So when I pick it up I fully expect to see a packet of marinara when I open the bag. It NEVER happens. So I either have to go back for the sauce or do without. After about 3 times (slow learner) I ask them why and they say it is not on the order. They also said that there is an issue on the app where the sauce doesn't make on the order. It's been well over a year and the issue remains. They know it's an issue but don't care enough about the inconvenience it causes their customers to fix it. Logic would say, if they know it's a problem, either put it in the bag or bring it out and offer it. The fact that it has been a known issue for so long falls on the side of incompetence thus the 2 stars.

I saw a picture of the new pickle Burger and asked if the pickles were fried with breading and the person said yes and I asked if I could just get the fried pickles and he said yes and even brought me out some of the dressing that had the pickles in it. The flavor reminded me of picolos the fried pickle chips that the Sonic sold in the 1970s and early 80s. And also I prefer the pickle slices to the pickle fries, the taste was perfect. Another mention the person taking the order came out to my truck to get the order because I could not hear him over the noise of another car. Absolutely fantastic service.

I have been stopping at sonic on my way to work for years the mobile app has been great at getting me in and out in the mornings. For a stretch of time there was a car hop that just seemed to be a little slower than everybody else I was practically late for work I had to actually start leaving my house early just to get a drink on the way into work even though I've used my app then Cody started working the morning shift and literally had it right out to me without any wait at all then he went to a different shift and that girl car hop was rehired in the morning shift again and now I am having to wait an unbelievably amount of time to get one drink in the mornings there has been 2 times in a one week span I had, to wait over 10 minutes for one drink, even though I did the call ahead. At this point, I'm thinking about stopping at a different location on my way into work, just so I'm not late, it is very frustrating to use this service that is supposed to better suit the customer and yet, I feel like I am being put at the end of the line when I get there to pick up my order. Overall, I enjoy this sonic, Cody is a great car hop, but in the mornings, it's very frustrating when Rachel is my car hop, and I have to fear being late for work over one drink.

Notice that the food quality is changing in quality. As well as the staff. Orders are continuously wrong and the food desk doesn't taste as good as it used to. Many times they don't bring condiments without you having to ask. There app continuously has issues and they only started allowing you to tip this year on the app which creates a huge problem when the servers come out and you're not able to tip them on the app because you have no cash in your car. I have been requesting that Sonic change this policy for over 2 years. However, they still have tons of glitches in there system and their app needs to be fixed once and for all. I do not recommend most sonics, because the food quality and employee quality has changed dramatically.

Ordered via the Sonic App and it was easy to check in and confirm our order. My son loves their Chicken Tenders meal and I usually buy a Coney dog. Staff is always nice and I have never had an incorrect order or overcooked food.

Overall, the experience has consistently been underwhelming but today's experience takes the cake. It took 20 minutes to get the tender dinner box, a crispy wrap, and a cherry limeade with easy ice and half of the order was cold by the time I completed my 2 minute drive home, the gravy they asked if I wanted wasn't there, and my drink was missing a few big swigs. (I know what asking for EZ ice means to some folks, but if I pay for the cup I expect it to be full) not to mention some of the tenders were...weird. I can't confirm if they put me in the restroom before I could finish the mostly cold meal, but my stomach felt fine before I started eating and now I'm shivering in the bathroom while I write this. What makes it worse is the car hop that ran our food looked at us like we cursed her family when I directed her to the passenger side because the stalls aren't big enough to accommodate pickup trucks without cramming in there. Still gave a tip despite not hearing a peep as she gave us our food before she took off without a word. All of this points to a big leadership problem, since the screen in our stall didn't work, app pay wasn't working, the food was trash, drink was mediocre, and staff seemed to have a chip on their shoulder. Probably will avoid this location until there's a visible change in staff.

Would give 5 stars but they’ve gotten my app order wrong twice in a row. The manager wasn’t the most professional, but they remade my sandwich and she dramatically threw the wrongly made burger in the trash before walking back in. It wouldn’t had been such a terrible experience but the add-ons I paid for went on my burger.
