We were visiting Bedford from Bend, Oregon and stopped into Azul's to grab a bite to eat. The service was fast, friendly, priced perfectly, and atmosphere was inviting and clean. I would highly recommend stopping in for lunch or dinner. I had the Thai burrito and it was yummy. You can also make a bowl instead of having in wrapped in a tortilla. And, the serve Deschutes Brewery beer!!!
I love coming to Azul! I found out about them by happy accident, but the food was so good and the service so great I've been coming back weekly for over a year. Every one is phenomenal, the food has such amazing flavor, and the outdoor eating space is nice too. I love bringing my dog to sit outside in nice weather. I recommend Azul to anyone going to Bedford for any reason. It's definitely a town highlight.

I'm not sure who did the painting above the register that's heavily blue and (I believe) includes Don Knotts, but I just want everyone to know that I'm resisting a strong urge to just go on and on and on about that painting in this review. If it goes missing...you know who to suspect.
I've been here twice and will likely return again when I'm in Bedford next week for work. The best description so far is "fresh food" and "limited diversity." What that means is that the menu isn't overwhelming with options but what options are offered are rainbowriffic (I just made that up...you can use it).
I've ordered a Thai bowl, salmon bowl, and pork tacos. For me, the portion size of the bowls is enough for 2-3 meals. With the salmon bowl today I ate and took home 2 take out containers that will turn into tacos at home.
They serve margaritas and coconut water, the latter is a staple in my home that I find almost impossible to find served at restaurants so I was all like,"(insert jaw drop noise)."
I lean heavily toward Thai and Mediterranean food. I also like quirky decor and outdoor seating so there's that. I think they did a lovely job of turning an old gas station into a restaurant that offers good food at an affordable price.
Delicious! I had the shrimp quesadilla and my husband had a chicken burrito. Since this was our first time visiting this restaurant, we needed a little extra time with the menu. The employees were so patient, knowledgeable, and kind. Wonderful service, clean place, ample seating, and great margaritas! We will be back!
Tasty place! We stayed outside because of the dog. Big portions, neither of us finished. Quick service too ☺️
Very friendly staff, quick, fresh, very flavorful food with a great vibe. Indoor and outdoor seating (bring your pet!), watch the small town traffic, then walk off the meal in the beautiful town of Bedford.
Thunder ridge overlook is one of most beautiful spots, if not the most, I've seen on the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Delicious food with mouthwatering flavor, great service, and hip seating. Outdoor patio is perfect in the shade of old service station building they reclaimed.
The employees were super duper nice and the food was good.
