Awesome customer service. Last night my order was cold and the taste wasn't there, but to be fair it was 20 minutes before closing. Anyways, I talked to the location about it and Amanda gave me another of my order free of charge and was hot and tasty as well. Great job.

The guy that takes orders there is super snarky and rude to customers, if you know what I’m asking then make it happen don’t be a dxck like chill out old man. You never have people there and it’s because of you dude. And yelling out the drive through window was a class act, loser.

Stood at the counter for 25 minutes. Other customers before me trying to get their orders correct. Foreign man with beard is a total d!ck.

I love this KFC location! They have excellent customer service and the food is always seasoned + fresh. I order the KFC bowl ever time and it’s always a full bowl with more than enough gravy and chicken. Thank you so much to the team at this location I really appreciate you all.

Service was very fast which was nice.The biscuits were unfortunately hard as a rock and the mashed potatoes were old and had that gross skin on them that happens when they dry out. The soda machine was hot and out of ice. Lastly the bathroom was out of soap and paper towels which leaves me to wonder how the staff washes their hands. Over not a great experience but could have been worse.

Victoria nailed it! It was my second time to this location, Owner I assume, same man as last time i was there was attentive and concerned that your happy with you order. Very personable. I drive the extra distance for the extra service.

Ordered online, I there a about 10 minutes after the app said "your food is ready". Once someone finally came and talked to me, I told the kid I had a model order and said
"Uh no you dont" then preceded to ask me if I was going to wait for it and if I still wanted it,
This being after I had to tell him to repeat him self because he wouldn't speak up.. then when I told him yeah I was going to wait and yes I wanted what I had ordered... then another guy tell me that they don't have half my meal and that I needed to call and get a refund, he then calls the owner and they finally made it "ok" but this was another 30 minutes after I had gotten there.. they seemed way more worried about the drive thru..(the whole staff).. I highly recommend not using the app and calling them 1st.. but I will drive to Irving befor I go here again..

Had just received a speeding citation, invalidating my entire day of badly needed work I'd just finished doing, and I guess since I ordered only one thing the guy at the window added an extra cookie to go along with my order. He didn't have to do that, but thank you.
