Oh man this store is dirty. So dirty. The floors are icky, the trash cans are nasty, and their prepared food is abismyal. I love the big bites there, but ugh no more. And their bathroom....omg. If I didn't have to go so bad I wouldn't have gone in there. Ever go to a bathroom so disgusting you wish you just held it in? That was this bathroom that day.

Don’t ever get gas at this gas station! Every single time my husband or I pay at the pump, our debit/credit card gets compromised. Every single time! Within days we get fraud alerts that our debit/credit card is being used somewhere else. We have reported it, and management is aware. But they do nothing to stop this and protect their customers. I will never go back to this gas station again.

The owner of this store is VERY rude to customers, he ignores their presence. I came in one time and he was telling and being extremely verbally abusive to an older woman who was working as cashier. I wanted to punch him in his face. I'm not violent so I just have him a ride look and told her I felt sorry for her. I won't be back. Makes 711 look terrible

I’m torn here. I’ve been going here for around 12 years, and I really like some of the people who work here. I get the feeling that management is not the best though. Item choice is fair, and the “grill” area is getting better. I have seen clerks target kids for stealing, and some even getting into shouting matches with them. The restroom is absolutely filthy as described by other reviewers. I would avoid it for all but emergencies. Overall, it is what it is... a very average corner gas station.

Very rude customer service. I was hassled over $0.20 because the cashier rang up 2 different transactions for 1visit. The items I was purchasing only Cost $2..tax included. They watched me like a hawk as I walked around the store. I was embarrassed as a customer to be treated like a broke theif! I purchased $10 in fuel for $2.25 per gallon and a hot dog and drink. The fuel access the street was only $2.05per gallon. I have so much to say but my point is that I love 7-11 but this particular store needs better customer service. I'll never visit again.
