Dunkin' Donuts

It was the only place that I could get a Dunkin donuts coffee, because the other dunks was closed two hours before their posted closing time... Needless to say with a 40-minute ride back home, I was a little stressed out... I found this dunks, inside of the store... The woman who worked at the dunks, she was pretty much on her way out the door, but was very kind and personable... Ohh and YES, I did get that ice coffee 😁👍🏻!! The woman TOTALLY understood my coffee struggle, LOL!

I love this Dunks, love the team here. That's why I leave 5 stars. BUT. I order a medium iced coffee and a 2/5 bacon egg and cheese special on croissants every single day, around the same time. Recently either the quality of the croissants has suffered terribly or they aren't being cooked properly. The sandwiches I get lately are hard on the outside, the croissant falls apart and essentially turns to powder. They arent burnt, but either stale or over cooked. I cant even force myself to eat them anymore! Thought you all should know. I'll keep coming back either way, but please do something about your breakfast sandwich quality!

Always something wrong with my order, especially when it's a phone order. Staff is not great. They are busy but they have so many people working it should go smoothly but it doesn't. Anyone I've talked to about this location says they always screw up their order. Long line for drive thru and tight turns.
