The smoothies are delicious as always. The service was just ok. The employees, though freindly, had limited interaction with customers. The store was clean. It was a good visit.

Had a horrible experience with DoorDash claiming to have delivered our food. When we called tropical smoothie Essence went above, and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of, and our issue was resolved. She was very kind and her follow up was on point. Thank you again for taking care of us!
