Cute clean store with endless choices of ice-cream. Last time when they were out of personality favorite flavor, friendly stuff helped me to find the most similar one. I really appreciate that they offer little samples before order.

So many ice cream flavors, fast service even with a line movies quickly. Ate ice cream here 3 times with the buy one get one free coupons you find out in the bins on the sidewalk. You can buy one large cup or cone and get a small free l. Perfect for kids and the smalls were still a good amount of ice cream. Waffle cones were a upcharge.

My husband loves ice cream, so we go to as many places as we can. He got strawberry ice cream in a chocolate waffle cone - the scoops were generous. I got the brownie sundae - I enjoyed the ice cream and whip cream, but the brownie wasn't as good as I was expecting. The guy working did a great job as it was quite busy when we arrived.

Tall blond girl very very helpful amazing service from her. Best of ALL the Ben and jerries locations tall blonde girl deserves raise and bonus! Loved the ice cream, and it’s environmentally friendly loved the vegan ice cream, and no dyes or coloring in ice cream !

The customer service was great. My family entered the store during a busy time, yet the lines moved quickly and the staff was very accommodating while we chose our ice cream. Everything was delicious.

The best ice cream you can get in VA Beach. I had the salted carmel blondie, and it was divine. Its a little pricey for ice cream, but the quantity and quality match the price. Just something to consider if you have a large family. Staff was also very friendly!

Excellent customer service! They really help me to choose what flavor of ice-cream I should get. Since there's a lot of different flavors they don't mind if I try every flavor just to get the best ice-cream for me!
