Had a horrible experience with DoorDash claiming to have delivered our food. When we called tropical smoothie Essence went above, and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of, and our issue was resolved. She was very kind and her follow up was on point. Thank you again for taking care of us!

Best tropical smoothie in this area. Most of the menu is the same due to franchise but what make this place the best is their employees. They are kind, listen and don't waste what you buy like the military highway store does. I will only go to this store and no other tropical smoothie store.
