The smoothies are delicious as always. The service was just ok. The employees, though freindly, had limited interaction with customers. The store was clean. It was a good visit.
This was my first time ever in a tropical smoothie. There was so many options. A lovely girl that has the red hijab helped me through it the whole time. She has really good customer service!

Had a horrible experience with DoorDash claiming to have delivered our food. When we called tropical smoothie Essence went above, and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of, and our issue was resolved. She was very kind and her follow up was on point. Thank you again for taking care of us!
Love this place great smoothies they're quick and efficient I especially love the kiwi strawberry smoothie I get it every morning
We had a to go order but I really enjoyed the smoothie. I've heard the food is okay too and the pictures of their sandwiches look great. I'd like to try their food as well.
I came looking for a nice smoothie and some customer service but I got a great smoothie that tasted amazing and great customer service the people working were very friendly and kind I hope them well

Best tropical smoothie in this area. Most of the menu is the same due to franchise but what make this place the best is their employees. They are kind, listen and don't waste what you buy like the military highway store does. I will only go to this store and no other tropical smoothie store.
