I had the privilege of being served by Brent. I placed an order while I was around the corner getting my hair cut, and everything was ready when I walked in 5 minutes prior to the time I quoted. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was clean and everyone in the store was very friendly! I got home about 15 minutes later and my food was still piping hot and delicious! The folks at Oro valley Papa John's 99.9% of the time get my order right, they're always pleasant over the phone when I call. And the delivery drivers are always pleasant and cheerful when they arrive.
The store and the pizza are great! the call center is an absolute joke. I can barely understand them and they can barely understand me when I’m placing an order. I’ve had my order messed up several times because of the call center. I don’t know what they changed if they outsource the call center or whatever they did they need to go back to the old way because the call center sucks. Love the pizza love the store the staff everything about it ,change the call center please or you will probably lose customers.
Very good and affordable pizza
The nature of chain resturants and food is that they are hit-and-miss, some are great, some are terrible, and some are forgettable. This one is a hit. I've ordered from here probably a dozen times, and its always excellent pizza hot and made to order. Get a Veggie with a few added meats, a Works, or something with a little of eveything, its the best chain pizza I have ever had, and close to the best pizza period.
The only suggestion I do have is to order online and say you will pay in cash upon pickup, there are always a few promo codes to have online and if you say you will pay cash you can still use a card, but it keeps your info a secret.
Standard PJ's store. Order online but beware they tend to bake it quick and it might sit on the rack a while. Go earlier than you think so it doesn't cool.

As expected, Ordered Pizza, Paid for Pizza, Got a Very Good Pizza. It’s not rocket science. Nevertheless, it is Pizza. Thanks Papa John’s Pizza for an Awesome Pizza.
