The barista seems very knowledgeable and skilled. I told them my preferences, not knowing what to order, and they whipped up something that was just right. You can tell there is a lot of thought and care put into their craft. Very kind. Very skilled. Loved the atmosphere. Definitely found my go to coffee spot!
Savaya always has excellent coffee, whether you want a prepared cup of coffee, espresso, etc. In addition, they have a superb selection of roasted coffees. The barista on duty is generally very knowledgeable about the flavor profile associated with each one. It’s definitely a too choice for coffee in the Tucson area, and there are a few locations to choose from. I particularly like this one on Tanque Verde because of the coffee warehouse vibe.
Their speciality is medium roast beans with the goal to have the bean at its sweet state.

I stopped by while on vacation. Got an amazing drink and a bag of coffee to take home. The baristas are friendly and knowledgeable and the drinks are delicious.

This. Place. Was. Amazing. Granted my husband and I were just visiting Tucson, but it reassured me to know a place like that was operating outside of a major city. Their Turkish coffee was one of the best I’ve ever had, and their science brew iced coffee sustained me during the road trip back to LA. We ended up buying a Yama brewer that my husband has used non-stop since we’ve been back. He’s super happy with it and says it’s one of the nicest and easiest brews he’s ever experienced. On the way out of Tucson, I messaged my family (living there) that they had to check this place out. Well worth the visit if you’re traveling through Tucson.
