Not even sure where to start with this one. We were seated after ~25 minutes and a waiter came over to take the drink order. Then we waited another 15 minutes for him to come back to take our food order so we flagged down a different waitress. Another 40 minutes later we still didn’t have food, so we flagged someone down and asked where it was. We were told that they had run out of plates are we’re making the food as they had clean plates. Over the next 10 minutes they brought our food out haphazardly, even bringing side dishes before the meals. It was 13 minutes from when we asked about the food to when it was all brought out. After asking 3 different waiters for a manager, a woman came over who was rude, condescending, inappropriate, and definitely needs training on how to be a restaurant manager (Was managing at 12:30 pm on Sunday, August 25). If someone in management from this diner reads this, my greatest piece of advice is to train your staff. Adding insult to injury, the table next to us also had hair in 3 of their 4 plates. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Photo attached is what they’re trying to pass off as hollandaise.

The service was great. My friend and I met for breakfast and were catching up since we haven’t seen each other for almost 2 years. The waitress came to our table multiple times to take our order but we kept chatting and forgetting to look at the menu and place our order— she was super patient! The food was great. I did think that the portions were a bit smaller than other chips I have been too— I ordered scrambled eggs and shredded potatoes with pancakes. Overall, the experience was great!

It was a pleasant eating experience and the burger I had was pretty good. The garlic parmesan fries some thing new for me and it met expectation. Large portions of food and both my kids seemed to enjoy the pancakes they ordered as none was left on their plates. The waitstaff was very nice. I'll eat there again soon.

Great breakfast, lunch had here this weekend. Got here close to 12 noon on a Sunday. We wanted a place with a good lunch that was still serving breakfast, something to please everyone. Locals already know, this place has great breakfast options.... That's what I had. Pancakes were on point, eggs were right on and the homefries were cooked to perfection. The other plates brought out were exact to menu description, cooked just right and very tasty. As it should be. Very fair prices on the menu, and good comfort food. Our waiter was a little "dazed" but we got what we asked for and how we ordered it.

I love Chips family restaurant! Great coffee, delicious breakfast foods, lunch and dinner options . Desserts and kids meals. Food is great and Everytime I'm in the area for a Dr apt or visiting family, I make it a point to go there! Great service at front desk and with hostess, great waiters and waitresses that are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They have many gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian options for food. They have no problems altering an order due to personal preference, dietary needs or etc. Great place for a great bite to eat with family and friends or to even dine alone. It's def higher quality food than a run of the mill dinner. Great n delicious meals and sides. Great portions especially for the price! Also clean facility, clean bathrooms. Also love the art on walls and decor. I definitely recommend

I dined at this Chip's location Sunday, March 31, 2019 early morning. My date and I ordered the Maine Lobster Skillet. He had no complaints but I found the dish very disappointing. For a $20 dish it was tasteless. I saw the Lobster pieces but didn't taste it. When the waitress asked how we were doing I voiced my disappointment and was given the opportunity to make another selection of which I selected Chip's Healthy Omelette and it was amazing. I tasted each vegetable flavor burst and I was thoroughly delighted with this choice and it was half the price of the original dish. I am well pleased at how I was treated and recommend this location for an enjoyable, flavorful meal within a friendly, family-oriented atmosphere. The service was great, the staff is friendly and welcoming and the prices are reasonable. Get there early because the parking lot fills really quickly.
