The Cheesecake Factory

I have been to The Cheesecake Factory many times. This was a pretty standard The Cheesecake Factory experience. Besides, the long wait for my sever to come to my table at the very beginning. It took him around 10 minutes to first come by my table. The service was good after that. And the food was delicious. I had some fried mac and cheese bites and a grilled chicken sandwich. Overall I would definitely recommend it.

Great environment…I had a great experience! We were greeted and seated upon entering inside and our waitress was amazing and on point. She attended to us right away. The food was great. The bread was served warm, main course was the perfect temperature and we had the Oreo Cheesecake for dessert. Great service!

Such a lovely place. My aunt took me here for my birthday and it was great! I have the say, our waitress was beyong amazing she was so sweet and attentive. The food was great, they bring warm bread with butter which was delicious and the service was super fast. Loved the environment and the extensive menu. Update: went back again and ordered the veggie burger with Sweet potato fries, best veggie burger I have EVER have! Will be going back for more! Yummyyyyy

Great place for a meal with Friends family work meeting or to celebrate a special occasion. The staff is always ready to lend a hand with things like questions about the menu drink recommendations ingredients we needed to go boxes for everything but it was delicious the next day too I can't wait to be back and try more things

Delicious food and great service! Our waiter was awesome and he also participated in the Happy Birthday song for the Birthday girl. Apparently, Cheesecake Factory servers don't sing Happy Birthday as a group anymore but our waiter was nice enough to sing along. Our waiter had a great personality and was great with the kids. Very satisfied.

4.5 Stars to Trumbull Mall Cheesecake Factory!! Even though I went on one of the busiest birthday weekends of the year the staff had a good attitude. This was an evening takeout order. I'm gonna say it up front, ordering ahead and food deliveries make wait times Hell. I called and was immediately placed on one of those 'yeaa right' holds that places do where they ask you to hold but don't wait for an answer. So I hung up and ended up ordering my Louisiana Chicken Pasta and my Caramel Pecan Turtle slice, at the front counter. I purposely went for high calorie, so everything I ordered was packed full of flavor, and in the case of the chocolate on the slice, quite rich. I enjoyed it. I'd recommend for dine-in or take-out.
