Bruegger's Bagels

So I’ve had bagels from this establishment a handful of times. No complaints. The bagels are very fresh, for sure different taste than the Dunkin down the street. This is one of the better options for the very local area, there’s a small parking lot which has access to a bigger lot in the back of the building. For sure different choices for a morning bagel, the staff is very nice and they’re fast.

Worst sandwich I ever had nothing like the picture they show on the flyer, impossible to eat don't ever ask for avocado bacon, some of the staff are too lazy to clean the place so they aren't allowing people eating in. They make you eat seating on the curb they don't care abou you at all. It used to be good but it all depends who's working there...never go back...

I understand the challenges going on right now as I work in the food industry as well however we had a terrible experience here on Sunday morning and the shift leader told me she was providing me with a refund and did not do it!!! I think that is poor business. Not only did our food sit when it was done and no one notified us so the bacong, egg and cheese sandwiches were all ice cold but when I called to inquire about it the worker who answered cut me off and thought she hung up on me and then proceeded to talk about me to another co worker and tell the co worker that I was yelling at her which I was not. I hung up and called the shift leader to inform her of her employee and the situation. Very Poor on their part. Management and owner should be ashamed for not making good on the credit. Where I work if something happens like that or the kitchen is backed up the owners offer free dessert or do something to make up for it!!! I will not buy from here again and I only went there because for some reason my daughter prefers the bagels here and I dont really know why. I know of 2 other bagel places so much better food and customer service wise.

First time coming here after my work bought bagels from this location. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! If I could place zero stars I would. How long does it take to make a egg and bacon sandwich? I understand it was rush hour but everyone had ordered sandwiches after me and they were long gone. Ridiculous prices if they were up to par with their customer service, the girl who was making our sandwiches after getting told why our sandwiches weren’t done yet decided to make a face and go in the back for like 7 minutes. Never coming back here ever again. Was charged a Tun of cream cheese and was given 2 small sides of cream cheese instead. If you can avoid this place do so.
