Mex On Main

Owner runs the register, she's very nice. Menu is varied. Everything is made fresh to order. Most expensive item is the chicken fajitas $12.49 (9/2021). I had the chicken chimichanga, came with spanish rice, black beans, chips and salsa from the salsa bar ($11.49). It was so good, I ordered the chili lime salad to go for lunch tomorrow, they separated the hot stuff and packed it to go without asking, nice touch! Grubhub and Door Dash friendly. They're across from Home Depot and next to the Shell gas station.

We just ordered on the phone, they understood what we wanted. I showed up, they handed me a bag. I was getting salsa when I realized there was guacamole, not the queso that I ordered. They were telling me we were wrong even though the receipt said otherwise. They said we are giving you this for free we went home a little upset but nothing that bad we opened up our food. Then we see it is completely wrong. Not what we ordered at all, even though the person helping me was 100% sure it was. After I left an 18% tip I am beyond frustrated. It's a waste of $30 and now I don't want to eat that wrong food because it has things that I dislike overall just a horrible experience. If there is a way I could leave -5 stars I would. Horrible customer surviouse.

We are building a house around the corner and decided to give Mex on Main at try. Overall, it was a very pleasant fast causal Tex Mex that reminded me a bit of a Baja Fresh. Thr crunchy tacos were crispy with well seasoned meat and fresh toppings. The rice was fluffy and nicely seasoned. The black beans were meh, but a liberal application of hot sauce and pico helped. The salsa bar had a good selection of options, although I wasn't a fan of sweet tasting classic salsa. The other salsas was more to my taste and a good companion to free chips.

Rice wasn’t fully cooked on two different meals, black beans were mush, ground beef was a soggy meatloaf that soaked through the taco shell, burrito tortilla tasted like the grill oil, salsa bar… 5 horrible options with zero flavor. 27$ For two meals. I understand why they couldn’t stay in there previous location and had to move; one time customers only barf. Do not eat

I have been here numerous times, and spent a lot of money at this place of business for the owner to become very rude once I explained my open empanada had no meat nor cheese in it. She took it out of my hand threw it away and shouted "Well, we are busy!" ( disgusting behavior) -- There was another time where I had paid for a steak empanada and it was chicken. the customer service is horrible, and always be sure to check your orders.
