I love breakfast.. And they serve it all day. Their food is always on point. And if your order is messed up they fix it ASAP no questions asked. 95% of the staff is amazing. That 5% really need to learn how to talk to paying customers. I work in the food industry myself and I'd be fired on the spot.

Travelled to Tampa from Orlando as part of our holiday for Busch and the Jason Aldean concert. I held off having a Denny's until this trip and it did not disappoint. The food was amazing but even better was the manager and staff. Despite how busy it was a lovely server on deliveries took time out to talk to an older local. He has obviously been going there a while and had his own table! Was so lovely to see.
Then there was the manager and kitchen staff. To say they were under staffed that day was an understatement. The manager was literally doing everything, they all cheered when another member of staff came in to rescue them and the manager was communicative and honest to those who came in about the wait. It was a pleasure to see a team rally and respect each other as they did. Yes we waited a while for our food. But it was worth it and I enjoyed every minute. Well done to the team and the management for holding it together!! You were awesome. X
Where do you go after an Imagine Dragons and Chris Stapleton concert while in Tampa? Denny’s, of course! Love the late night breakfast offerings people watching in the wee hours of the morning. Service was actually pretty good and the food was exactly what we needed in the middle of the night.
Denny's always has decent food, nothing out of the ordinary we had blueberry pancakes and lumberjack. It is a nice place to eat at, we only have it a few times when on holiday mainly we don't really do breakfast and with the tip total was $40 for 2 it soon adds up.
I had the t bone steak and eggs. Steak was cooked how I liked it. Eggs were perfect. Pancakes light n fluffy. Server was polite and attentive. 5 stars acrosd the board .
Went there with my family during the evening. We were immediately greated by our server, Aimee and brought to our table. We ordered our drinks and then our food. The food didn't take long at all to come out and it was well cooked and amazing! I can say what an improvement from a few months ago. The staff is amazing! Especially our server Aimee, who was probably the best server our family has ever had, and we have eaten at a lot of restaurants! She was very attentive to our needs, she was so so nice and caring, and checked on us to make sure everything was ok. Every restaurant needs servers like Aimee. So from our family, "Thank you Aimee"! I highly recommend Denny's on Hillsborough Avenue for everyone because the service and food is great! It is now our family's #1 restaurant to eat at and is a great dining experience!

The food is what you would expect from Denny's. The breakfasts are good and reasonably priced. Excellent shakes and smoothies and desserts 🍨 🥧 🍦

When I work late night sometimes I order to-go from here on the way home. Everyone is always super friendly and my food is already ready exactly on time. I'm worried it's a little slow in there lately when I've been in - I hope it picks up I love my neighborhood Denny's! :)
Our server zoraya is an absolute angel! She made sure we had everything we needed at every turn and even offered us help on modifying menu items to our taste. Only reason i give atmosphere a 3 star is because it was a bit warm in the restaurant but the food and service was top notch
