Excellent Mexican food and margaritas at a price the whole family can appreciate. And let me emphasize that the "Top Shelf Margarita" is excellent! It will quench your thirst and stimulate your appetite. We had the enchiladas, which were very tasty and healthy portions. The red and green salsas were delicious too!
If you like authentic Mexican food, you won't go wrong here.
Also, it was Sunday afternoon at 3 pm, and the place was packed; but no wait to be seated. A sign that this place has been doing it well for a long time.
Let me start with BEST AGUACHILE I have ever had in entire Sonoma County. I’m an extremely “picky” eater, I don’t normally trust sea food at restaurants and rather prepare my myself or from a family member. But, the entire dish was just AMAZING. So fresh, the mango, the sauce, the size of it… it was ALMOST PERFECT, I personally would add a bit more avocado for that price lol but I’m not complaining. The Mexican trip platter was also delicious, the meats also tasted fresh and lots of flavor. Will definitely recommend and definitely go back!! Worth the drive out to Sonoma!
The food was awesome! Service was quick and staff friendly. I'd eat here again. They had flights of margarita...couldn't really taste the difference of flavors...tasted like all tequila to me...
Very good service from both the Waitress & the Bartender/Owner. The foods were just perfect! and delicious while the prices were not high and just right for the menu. The selection was great!

Delicious Mexican food in Sonoma. Micheladas are tasty too. Super carne asada burrito was 👌🔥💯. Combo plate was tremendous. Service was great. Food came out fast!
My wife and I loved this place because both their rice and beans are vegetarian! We often struggle to find Mexican places with good food that don't put lard in the beans and meat-based stock in the rice.
Besides that, their portion sizes are great, service is kind and quick, and the margaritas are good. Not much more to ask.

My family and I opted to eat at taqueria la hacienda when on a wine tour of Sonoma. The food did not disappoint. The tacitcos we ordered were crisp on the outside and the beefy-cheesy filling oozed out perfectly. The ingredients were fresh and flavours popping. This is a must try!
