Sweet champagne bar. Three flight formats (premium @$115, international @$35 and California @$25). We did the California which was a little too cold initially but opened up as it warmed up (and held the fizz)

This champagne bar was recommended to us by a trail ride leader so we headed right over to grab some refreshment. Dave and Nikki were absolutely excellent behind the bar. I loved the California flight of bubbly and my partner loved the Moscow mule with added bubbles.

Just discovered this little spot, steps from the historic plaza in the town of Sonoma. No it’s not a toast place. The sign outside is actually the shape of a cork and not a slice of toast. Ha!
SIGH is a sparkling wine and champagne haven of deliciousness and delights. For lunch, I had the local sparkling wine flight along with the gourmet cheese plate and a little flight of the selection of especially made chocolates just for wine tasting. All outstanding! The service, the quality, the atmosphere and ambiance are all first class all the way. And, this truly is an authentic experience of Sonoma wine country at its best!

We stopped in while walking the town and glad we did. Super cute atmosphere and just a great place to stop in for a drink before dinner or just sit back and unwind. Love all the different champagne options.

Stopped in for a quick flight of French bubbles before going to dinner. This is a nice quaint and cozy spot for some champagne and was a hit with us.

Great selection of champagne, very nice sitting areas, knowledgeable and friendly employees. If you appreciate champagne you should stop here. We really enjoyed our time there. No surprise, the cost is somewhat high at $20-30 a glass, or more, but you will find it worth it.

We didn't get a chance to have a glass of Champagne I was waiting for a few mins. This place is so cute! 💕 I love the mirrors on the wall with all the quotes.

This is a fab little bar serving an extensive bubbles by the glass menu, even top end brands. There is also a small bites menu, and wine and beer. Really friendly service, despite it being pretty busy.

Elegant spot to enjoy some bubbly! We both did a Signature tasting plus an additional glass. The space was both elegant and relaxing with attentive staff. We used it as a pre dinner spot, but I'm sure it would work for anytime. The focus here is on champagne & and sparkling wines, so snacks are limited to a charcuterie, caviar, and some chips. A very nice way to let time drift by while you enjoy some bubbly with friends.
