For as long as I can remember, I've had a problem with cacophony. It's only gotten worse as I've gotten older. Last night, my partner and I landed at Christo's for the first time but on a very busy night and we immediately knew we needed to escape to the patio to get away from the noise. No dice -- the outside was closed, so we had to plop down in the middle of the place amidst all the clatter. To everyone else, it was normal - as for me, though, I was miserable the moment we sat down. After a few minutes, the owner saw the pained look on my face then came over and whispered in my ear that she had something special for me. She took me by the arm, my partner following, and brought us to a side room with no one else there. Right beside our new table, she opened a glass garage door to a beautiful patio and then she shut a regular door behind her, cutting us off from the main dining room and creating an instant little mini-dining experience all to ourselves. Ahhh. Peace. Crashing waves. People laughing in the distance on the street and on the beach. Later, when the waiter knocked on our door to bring us our pizza, I opened it and looked behind him at about a hundred pair of eyes looking back at us from the main dining room. I asked, "Why are they all staring at us?" The waiter was like, "Well, someone asked why you got to go in there all by yourselves with the door closed, and I told them you were suddenly famous because you invented Pokeman Go and needed your privacy. I guess word got around really quick." He let us leave later through the back door. --- I love this place and would recommend it a million times over and over. Thank you to Christo's and their entire staff for caring and making us feel welcome.
Christo's is the best spot to duck into if you're around Alki. Great Greek family and you'll always run into a member of the Fotopoulos family when you're in the restaurant or sitting at the bar. You know you're at a homey spot when everyone calls the owners Mama and Papa. The pizza is the best in West Seattle and the portions at breakfast are great hangover cures. Get there early on Sunday Seahawks games and if you can score a seat at the bar it's a great game day experience. Lots of great options on the menu.
We came in during rush hour but were still served fairly quickly. We ordered calzones, which were great. It's awesome that they have gluten-free pizzas. We ended up having the chicken pesto one, which was pretty tasty. They also have outdoor seating with views of Alki Beach. Great experience overall!

Great place on Alki Beach in West Seattle! Our server was Sophia, who was very professional and friendly: asked follow up questions to ensure our satisfaction without being pushy
We had baked spaghetti and the "808" pizza - both were delicious

I recently dined at this Mediterranean restaurant and it easily surpassed my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The food was truly outstanding, prepared with fresh ingredients and perfect seasoning. Every dish I sampled was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. I highly recommend this five-star Mediterranean restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience.

Flava (?) was our server and she was amazing. We had a party of 8 and I’m pretty sure she was serving another party upstairs as well. But everything was amazing. The sunset, the service, the food. One of our friends said it was the best spaghetti he’d ever had in his life which he’s not the type to say something like that lightly. The lamb on my gyro was just melt in your mouth. Another friend said the chicken parm was good. We also got the Greek sampler for an appetizer and to share with all 8 of us, and it was plenty for 8 of us. Wouldn’t recommend that for under 6 people though it was a lot of food.
Flava never missed when our drinks were empty or when we were finished with our plates and she came to collect them. This was an amazing experience for all of us. It was my friends first time in Seattle and I wanted to show them a good time and give them good food and Christo’s absolutely delivered on that. (It also seemed like just such a friendly atmosphere, people were rejoicing in seeing each other when they clearly hadn’t seen each other in a while, and servers were interacting with some customers as if they were regulars. It was just magical.
Alexandra is the best waitress in this Cafe, very hot, and her smile is like a ray of sunshine on this cloudy Seattle day.🌞
The food was good. We have eaten here plenty of times. We were able to eat outside and enjoy the view. I feel like the tzatziki sauce has changed over the years and wasn't what I remember. All in all, good atmosphere and service.
I initially chose this place because they were flying our flag up top. I was pleased to have made this decision. This place has great food and stellar customer service! Our Hostess with the mostess Jess was dressed as Ivy from Batman DC comics for Halloween. She sat us at a booth quickly. She made excellent suggestions for both food and drinks. Not only was she great at doing her job, she was easy on the eyes 😏. I went with a chicken pesto calzone that wasn’t actually on the menu, but was an option with the pizza and she was happy to accommodate. The chicken was moist and juicy. The sauce was delicious. It was so delicious I decided to save some leftovers to enjoy later.
Pete was amazing!!! He made us feel at home. The food was amazing . We will definitely be returning!
One of the best pizzas I've had in West Seattle. Literally, even just a cheese pizza is marvelous.
They serve a diner breakfast with a Greek twist too!
This place was good! I got the Pentos special pizza and it was really good I recommend getting that. The calzones were very large but kinda disappointing. They had a large menu with lots of different options such as pizza, calzones, and sandwiches. If you are in the area I recommend eating here!
