The staff was amazing today. They had a huge line of people waiting for them to open and did a great job expediting families back to be treated. Nurse Tobe was so sweet to my son and I while providing care. I know that he was extremely busy but made us feel like a priority and didn’t rush through any portion of his care or treatment. The PA listened to my concerns and was very kind and caring towards me and my baby. Very grateful for the awesome staff of this location.

What can I say, no thanks yous can ever come close to that feeling of finally knowing what's wrong with your child. I had seen and been to about 2 urgent cares and 1 hospital ER for my daughter's shallow breathing and high fever for the past year trying to get answers on what this was. Always met with "we don't know" and sent home with a STILL suffering child. (Very low O2 stats every time) It wasn't until we were recommended this place that I cried so hard because these lovely ladies actually told me what was happening to my child that nobody else could do and TREATED HER PROPERLY. They let me cry and when I told them why they were shocked that my daughter had been sent home with how low all her levels were. She ended up having a reactive airway disease and her levels had been so low for lack of proper care they immediately rushed her to the Hospital for more intense care. But the entire time during our stay at the urgent care I got all the information I had been neededing , the ladies answered all my questions and explained so that I could understand what had been happening and I could not have been more thankful for them! Definitely recommend this urgent care! they know what they're doing.

We are visiting from out of town and our daughter developed pink eye. The care was very prompt and all the staff, from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor, were very friendly and kind. I appreciated their kind, gentle care with my shy toddler.
I've taken my son here a few times and we have always had a good experience. We saw Dr. Chris Ramsook this last time. He's a great doctor and even called us after we left with some additional information we were waiting on. We were very pleased.
Incredible experience. All the nurses and doctors were so nice and helpful. They had my toddler laughing and enjoying her time here. Highly recommended.

The lovely staff took great care of my child. I was happy to see that a physician was on staff. Dr Hartman was kind, knowledgeable and very empathetic.
My daughter and I had such a positive experience at this clinic that I had no choice but to give a glowing review. The entire staff (>10) were so kind to us and engaging with my 2 year old who had a cut requiring sutures. Plus, stickers, toys, play dough, etc. Nurse Lindsay and Dr. Zimmerman, especially, were top notch. And this all happened around 9pm when I'm sure everyone was tired.
I've been here twice now and both times our care was prompt, helpful, and thorough. The front ladies aren't especially friendly, but the nurses and doctors are exceptionally kind and caring. We didn't wait more than 5 minutes. They were very kid-centered in their approach, making it feel like a game, and providing activities while we waited for test results. I would never take my toddlers anywhere else.
I had a great experience here, beginning to end. After an evening in an out of town ER with my 6 month old for RSV that resulted in a ton of anxiety, they put my mind at ease. Gena Schubert, DO took the time to carefully check my baby and thoroughly explain everything to me in a way I could understand. Staff was friendly, service was quick and the facility was really nice. I wish I lived in Scottsdale and had this as an after hours option!
Nicest staff and helped my son promptly and also have x ray imaging right away
