Fountain Hills location is Pick up only . No curbside service. Clean store. Order ahead and pick up from large tray racks with your name on the pizza’s. Very fast and convenient. Parking spaces are limited but seem to always be available. Mediterranean salad ver good.

Do not let the stars fool you! Everyone inside the store is great but If you try calling to place your order by the one for all phone number you might find they completely order the wrong pizza. The guy who answered the phone spoke another language from another country and said they had a type of pizza that they did not have in store. We went to the store they were wonderful about it and could do nothing about the guy on the phone because he is in another country 🥺 had to wait for a new pizza to be made because it was completely different than the one my wife wanted 😬

Walked in to this location with my kids to order a pizza and i believe the manager (mike) told us that the pizza would take 25 to 30 minutes, which it’s was bummer but they did had a big order so it’s understandable then followed to place the order. He was ready nice and kind he also gave us a discount for the inconvenience then like 5 minutes later he told us that the pizza was in the oven. I’m really happy I went there fast service and friendly people

Best Papa Johns I have been too. I stopped going here years ago due to service but now it seems a new owner took over. Everyone is very nice and the toppings on pizza is very generous! We have ordered 3 times this past month! NOTE to Business OWners!: If you customer service is friendly and generous on food YOU WILL get repeat business like us!! Keep up the good work!

This is our closest Papa Johns. They always have quick delivery and good deals. We just tried the papa bowl for the first time today and we loved it! Tasted even better than we thought it would!

We ordered Papa John’s to help Support the school fundraiser. I’m not sure we had ever had it before but everything was great! They don’t skimp on toppings, breadsticks were big and fluffy and everything was just perfect. We will definitely be ordering from this location again the next time we want Pizza. Ordering to delivery was smooth and easy. Thanks for caring and doing a great job!

Just ordered from Papa John's after giving up on them for the last year or so. They seem to have made some changes and it definitely shows! Our pizza tasted great and I could tell the ingredients were high quality and fresh. We will be ordering from them every time we have a pizza craving from now on.
