This place is pretty good! Never been to a Jimmy John's before and I'm impressed. Their bag chips are full and taste fantastic. The sandwich itself( I think I had the #10) was good as well, and filling for a regular sized sandwich. Everything is very basic and not a lot of customization options but nonetheless I had a great experience. The service was great as well. They guided my through the experience because it was my first time and the guy at the counter even bought my meal! I will definitely be back as I find lunch in this area often because of work!

Slayed as usual! Visiting from Alaska and been thinking about Jimmy John’s for weeks now. Didn’t disappoint 😌

The food was okay but not great. We ordered Jimmy's Cubano and quickly found out when it was ready, they only serve COLD sandwiches. We asked if they could heat it up and were told they wish they could but didn't have the means to do that! The employees were nice and the place was very clean and decorative. Cubano sandwiches are not very good cold, they truly should only be served hot.☹️👍👍👍

Updated to a 5 as it appears they are delivering again. As stated originally I love the food and if this location has ever made a mistake they have made it right. Love Jimmy Johns sandwiches and BBQ chips. I typically order #8 Billy Club. I have ordered for over 20 years, As far as food 5 for sure but rated low due to recent changes. One of the Best things about Jimmy Johns was their "Freaky Fast Delivery" and they were consistently true to their word and took care of you if they weren't. I have ordered regularly from this location almost every Saturday for year and looked forward to it. The past few weeks Delivery has not been available and I went in last week and they say they no longer deliver on weekends. They will not even allow doordash to pickup from there. If your not delivering WHY? After over 20 years I am sad to say you may lose a customer to a place that will deliver. I hope you and Jimmy Johns in general reconsider this decision.

I'm a huge Jimmy Johns fan, and am very partial to this particular location which is close to my office. I'm writing this review to specifically call out the delivery driver who delivered our team's meals today, who followed instructions to the letter: he was asked by one of our associates to dance upon entering our facility. Not only did he deliver a fabulous meal, but he has a great personality and is a damn good dancer. He's a keeper for sure! Keep up the great meals!

Excellent! The young men working were friendly, helpful and had a good sense of humor. I felt bad that once I got home and looked at the receipt, I realized I hadn't tipped them. Sorry guys!

Simple veggie sandwich with the addition of pickles and onions. The bread is still the best at this chain.

Currently PIC here, i slice the meats and i see the other managers preparing the veggies everyday, so i know for a fact its fresh and tasty. Store is very clean and employees are very friendly and awesome with their jobs. One of the best Jimmy John's in Phoenix. Highly do recommend.

I've been going and getting sandwiches without the bread to help me lean out and the food here is outstanding, better than paradise bakery even. I was there on accident an hour before open twice and these two awesome girls still let me in and made me my morning sandwich. The help at this fast food/restaurant and the atmosphere is amazing. Thanks!
