I had the chance to go to this denny's and work the graveyard shift, This place is so roomy, spacious, and even has outside patio dining/smoking area. Beyond that it's clean quite ,and the whole place is nice and cool ( AZ Heat) and all!! So... friendly staff,a clean place to bring your family,your friends,or just yourself...I loved it!!
I ordered threw the phone, and Giovanni was extremely kind and patient to take my particular order. When I got home, the order didn't taste the same, so I called and asked to speak with the manager. Giovanni, understanding my concerns, he asks if I like a reorder another item. I chose my other classic Slam Hamburger, with the white queso on the side with seasoned fries. For the inconvenience, Giovanni offered me a beverage of my choice. I appreciate the hospitality and the kindness from this Denny's! I would highly recommend this Denny's!!
The service was really slow. There were a total of 3 tables being occupied and we still had a super slow service. The food was fine, decent location, pretty clean and well-maintained. The bathrooms are locked and require a pin to walk in.
My boyfriend and I come here all the time and we never really have problems. This is kind of a hot spot for the late night drinkers, on Scottsdale and Osborn, so and we still get good service. We will always be coming back to this one.
Server David L. always makes dining at Denny's such a nice evening. Friendly and professional, sincerely taking care of us like you'd wish all servers in restaurants would. He even helped my mother up from the table, as we left this last visit, in such a gentlemanly way. All the wait and bus staff were good, but David stands out.
The person Trevor was a fantastic person to talk to. Great customer service and and great satisfaction! Helped me a lot with my order. Definitely in need for a raise along with his staff
My wife and I have lived in this area for over 10 years and would come to dennys on the weekend for breakfast. Everything was good until about a year ago we stopped coming in because the lack of service. We decided that we would give it one more chance. as we entered the establishment we noticed right away that there were new staff memebers and that the inside looked very different. We noticed a gentleman who was very attentive to all of his customers coming in and out. We decided to ask him if he was the new manager and sure enough he was. He had a new crew of waiters and the place looked amazing and had a completely different vibe going on. Food was amazing and the services that was provided to us was outstanding. We didn’t have to ask or wait around for drink refills. Thank you Giovanni for coming in and turning this establishment around. We will definitely be returning.
A straightforward and delightful Denny's dining experience. Quiet on a late night Tuesday. Good service.
Great service, I been comming here with my family for a couple years and always had a great experience. The main waitress that we've had it's been Terry and Mary. Amazing service from both of them
Jasmine out server was very friendly. Was always available had to make a few trips for our party of five. Did everything with a smile.
