Larger portions than your traditional sit down Asian. The pad Thai was delightful and had a nice kick to it. It was served with traditional white rice that I could have used a little bit more of. The lemon chicken is large! It is probably two chicken breasts that are lightly battered and fried. It is served on a bed of broccoli, drizzled with lemon. The fried rice had chicken, pork, and shrimp in it and came with a lot! The egg rolls were tasty, but served differently as I'm used to as it was cut diagonally to have 4 servings. They tasted good though. The service was absolutely amazing and they continually came by refilling drinks and cleaning plates. The meals also came out super fast! It was really quiet for being black Friday, but it is usually a little more busy as our friends told us. Overall, we really liked the atmosphere as we could enjoy sit down Chinese without feeling fast food service style.
We were looking for a local Chinese style restaurant and came across this one. Parking was easy, atmosphere was simple, quiet and relaxing and service was friendly and very good. This is definitely a local spot. Not a large restaurant but very family friendly. Prices are reasonable and they provide you with a lot of food that you will probably take most of it home and the food was good. I would definitely recommend this place and I will come back when I am in the area.
Our first time here. Food was really good. The sweet and sour combo was really good. The wonton soup could have used a little more flavor in the broth. The fried rice combo was good, though also could have used a little more flavor. Not bad at all though. We will be back.
Would highly recommend this place. Driving around and came across Canton Dragon decided to give it a try. I tried the combo egg foo egg it was absolutely delicious we also got the orange chicken which was great. Definitely be coming in again. Thank you for such wonderful service very nice atmosphere and the staff A+ 😊
Canton Dragon is an excellent neighborhood Chinese restaurant in the New York Style. Not pretentious, but competent in service, menu and food quality. We enjoy coming back almost weekly and find enough variety in the menu to keep us happy. The staff works hard and is always friendly and helpful.
Yummy! Highly recommend had the lettuce wraps, fried rice, rice noodles with garlic, Kung pow chicken. Small family restaurant, neighborhood feel. original Cantonese. Large portions, budget prices, quiet/relaxing ambience with soft music. Nice place for singles, couples, business meeting, kids.
Best place for Chinese food in the city. Absolutely wonderful and kind staff, fantastic food, and a wonderful atmosphere. Stopping by inside, or even ordering by phone is easy and always fast! Wonderful place!
We ordered carry out for the first time and it was very good. Very generous portions and a vast traditional menu. Sweet and sour chicken was great, as was the beef chop suey! Update for September 2023 - Still the best and just had the Egg Drop Soup which is THE BEST EVER. How they pack so much flavor in a cup of soup is AMAZING. The Chicken Egg Rolls are tasty too and look to be homemade. Not the little over fried type but two would make a nice lunch! YUM!
One of the best Chinese restaurant in the Phoenix metro area! The food is prepared so well and is so fresh.. it's not your typical greasy Chinese food ... oh and the service is amazing!
Best lettice wraps we've found in Scottsdale area. Excellent lunch and dinner menus. Favorites include red curry chicken, dragon chicken, kung pao chicken. Too many great choices will keep you coming back Highly recommended.
