Made another stop and we were equally impressed. More friendly staff offered samples and insight to the food and reasonable opinions on the brews on hand. Stopped to have early casual dinner. Good selection of brewed bevs. Nice choices of bar food items (burgers, sandwiches, fries, appetizers). Casual setting; clean, with efficient and friendly staff providing good service.

I had never even heard of this place before we came. It’s a nice place with a wonderful open atmosphere style dinning area. We came on a Sunday afternoon, on a perfect day, and it wasn’t too busy. The food was so good that when I was done I wanted more. I got a burger but I want to come back and try the pizza as it looked delicious. They have a good selection of beers and the ones we tried were delicious.

I love the changes they made to the menu! The pasta was fantastic and the pretzel changed my life, jk but it’s crazy good. The beer is awesome but it’s nice to have some enhanced food options at a brewery.

Love the vibe here! The beers are super solid...we love the strawberry milkshake and the candy bar milk stout! The staff is wonderfully friendly and will let you try anything before you buy a pint. The pizzas are great. They sell the ultimate key lime pie here!!! Be sure and stop by!!!

Love fate brewery and their locations! They have great beer and amazing pizza! I know this one is a bistro, and smaller than the others, but totes wish they had the sticky fingers pizza. They do have some interesting menu items so be sure to check it out and the time before you go!

Outstanding brewpub in Scottsdale. Glad I was able to make the visit. Highlights included Fatality IPA, The Good Life stout (nitro), the pretzels, and the strawberry mojito. Service was friendly, prompt, and helpful. If we return to Scottsdale, I'm definitely coming back.

Decent enough beer, they had a couple of novel things that I really enjoyed. We ordered chicken wings but got a chicken wrap instead (whoops), which was actually fine. Didn't really mind at all. The venue felt very pander-y to the local crowd which we didn't care for, but the parking situation was decent. Hold until you leave if you can though, the bathrooms were not great.

A wonderful experience with friendly, helpful staff. Tried and liked many of their beer options. Their food is delicious and unique in flavor as well. I would go back again and bring friends.

I LOVE McFate - best neighborhood pub in town. When I come here, I get the Coffee Milk Stout. It's rich & delicious. They even use coffee from Cartel down in Tempe! Super cool spot, good atmosphere to come chill and have a beer.

Had been frequenting this location since before it was McFate, and was simply Fate. (Name changed due to Colorado brewery of same name having predated this Arizona establishment.) This was the original brewery, but after move to larger location a couple of miles south, it now serves as a Barrel Aging location, as well as a tap room. The glass enclosure is where the brewing equipment used to be located. Wood fired pizza, which is mainly on the menu, is pretty good, and half off on Mondays, which makes it great. Beer offered is better than average, and the barrel aged stout and blond barley wine are especially tasty. Most IPAS offered are competent, and even hazy style IPA is now available and provides a tasty juicy experience. Sours, if on tap, are of kettle soured variety, so not as good as wild soured brett driven offerings, and they come with typical sea salt notes. Reasonably tasty nonetheless, and more affordable than true sour beer would be. Recommend you stop at one or the other McFate location on the beer tour of greater Phoenix.
