First time here and came for dinner. First, the outside patio is gorgeous for dining especially with cooler weather! Service is amazing, very nice and helpful with menu selections and the menu isn't too big but very flexible especially with making combination plates. Food came out quick and hot, chips are outstanding and very fresh, tasted homemade, salsa is also very good! Ordered the al pastor chicken tacos and the carnitas tacos with rice and beans and it was delicious! The al pastor tacos has jalapeños in them so they were way too spicy for me. They kindly remade them without the jalapeños and they were packed with meat, pineapple was a great addition, rice was my favorite I've had in most places with Mexican food, and beans with cheese were pretty good too. Husband had the Adobo carnitas tacos and the al pastor chicken tacos. Adobo has a bit of a spicy Chipotle sauce in them, but husband really liked them. He got the flan for dessert and I tried it-was amazing! Our bill after tax and tip was about $60 so it was a little more than we'd like to have spent, but overall we really enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend especially sitting outside during cooler weather!

Good service, very attentive and friendly. Food was fantastic! Shrimp Tacos were perfectly seasoned and not overcooked. Guacamole was a generous portion and fresh. Pork Pozole was a little salty for our taste, but could be simply from evaporation from the pot, otherwise it was delicious. There are a lot of Mexican restaurants in this area. I can't say if those are good or not but Los Sombreros was a great choice and I don't feel we will need to look around for another spot for Mexican food. This is going to be our go to spot when we're in town!

Short on staff possibly. Restaurant was empty. We went for lunch. The food was good, just a few things to note. The lobster tacos the lobster is big and tough. Way over cooked. Maybe a different cut? The veggie enchiladas were delicious and the refried beans have no pork which is awesome! Solid 4 could be a 5 with a few tweaks.

Cute vibrant space with a chef that brings so much flavor to their dishes. Reasonable pricing and friendly service. Could be a date night or family dinner. And that salsa is soooo good!

I brought a large group on a business dinner to Los Sombreros and am so happy with the food, and service, especially from Rosie and Marissa. We had several extra people show up and Rosie did not miss a beat - she got us extra seating, whipped up extra food, and served drinks like a pro. Great authentic cuisine with a friendly atmosphere.

This is a decent Mexican restaurant. The service was fantastic, the staff were super friendly, and the food came out really fast. The actual food tasted okay, it wasn't necessarily worth the money, but overall it is okay. But the chips and salsa were SO SO SO good! Free refills on the Horchata!

We will return. The lovely outdoor patio with heaters kept us comfortable even on a chilly evening. Sitting under the tree is sometimes risky because of birds... but that's not the restaurant's fault. Our server was so helpful and friendly. He made good recommendations when asked and our food and cocktails were soooooo delicious, amazing mole pompano sauce.

First time here at this Mexican legend restaurant. Very friendly staff and fast service. All food tried was quite delicious with plenty of left overs. Our only distraction was the left open front door making the dining room quite cold. The hostess was stationed outside on the front porch....odd set-up, but it is a sm. place. In warm Phx. weather not an issue, but in the winter needs to be rethought!! Temps. in the 40-50* this night....Burr! Give them a try for their casual, homey atmosphere and delicious food.
