I can't give this place enough stars. The food is amazing, the atmospher is spectacular and the entire staff is wonderful. Can't wait to go back.
The House is absolutely my favorite place! The food is always on point, the ambiance is so beautiful...it's like a little escape within Old Town.
Great service and very nice ambiance. My husband and I had dinner here for our anniversary and sat outside. It’s a very cute date spot but the food wasn’t as good as I was hoping for. We had several appetizers and were disappointed with a few. The crudo was delicious! But the crab cake was mushy and the escargot, while served nicely, was not as good as we’ve had elsewhere. The olive cake was good but nothing that memorable.
Our main courses were both good. Probably not good enough to bring us back. But still enjoyable.
Best part was our friendly server Cameron. Overall, it was a 6 out of 10 experience.
The ambiance is wonderful! The rosé sangria is the best I’ve ever had and the peanut butter chocolate dessert was delicious.
Heads up if you order your burger “blue,” though, while explaining to the server that, “yes, I want it super, super rare, bloody,” and then saying again that you seriously want it “blue.”
The server acknowledged, but when I got my burger, it was charred and felt like a hockey puck when I tried to eat it.
No one asked if my burger was cooked to my liking, as other restaurants do. Very disappointing considering the cost of the burger.
Aside from that, I had a lovely time with my friends.
This is by far my favorite restaurant I've visited in Scottsdale! I love the atmosphere! Even on a hot evening, they made it comfortable to sit outside! The service is top notch. Some of the best sea bass and steak I've ever had. And the coffee martini is an absolute must!! Love this place!
Perfect New Year's Eve meal on the patio. Service was polite and professional, the ingredients fresh and the menu, thoughtful, with slight nuances to enhance the flavors. Stand out dishes were the foie gras, escargot, halibut cheeks, chicken meatballs and 28 day dry-aged filet with elote. The Smoked Manhattan cocktail paired well and we will certainly be back. Great job, House Brasserie!! 👍🏼✌🏼🍻🥃
It is a great fine dining experience with a nice server! The only thing I complain was place was pretty dark so I had to use my flash to see if the steak cooked medium rare. Otherwise food was tasty and the service was excellent!
Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, the owner Joe was insanely gracious and hilarious, the food was absolutely incredible! I had the crudo, Linz meats ribeye, mac & cheese, and the Hudson Valley Fois Gras. I highly recommend everyone to make it a point to dine here whenever you're in Scottsdale. The space is so quaint and comfortable, it was hard to leave...
Wonderful restaurant in Scottsdale! Loved the history of the old house that is now turned into a fine dining restaurant. Perfect spot to celebrate a special occasion and sitting by the fireplace added to the great experience. We loved our food and drinks as well.
My husband and I enjoyed our dinner experience at this restaurant. We got to sit on the lovely patio outside and I enjoyed the atmosphere. We started off with 2 cocktails, the green lantern and clear conscience - both were strong and tasty. We had the crab cake and arugula salad to start. Then we had the salmon and cauliflower steak for our main. All the menu items we tried were delicious, but the cauliflower meal was a bit too "hearty" for my taste. It was my husband's birthday and they gave us 2 glasses of champagne and a delightful biscuit with cream and berries dessert. Overall I would reccomend this restaurant to others.
A wonderful place to visit, enjoy their chef designed meals and their wide array of wines and spirits. It's an amazing, quaint and cozy place that was once a home. We truly had a terrific experience and will definitely return and invite others to join us. Joe, the owner, was very nice and knew about the history of the home. He was charming and really cared about his clientele.👍👍👍👍
Wonderful dinner. Enjoyed the charming Victorian-era decor. Service was attentive but not rushed. Food was fantastic. Loved the brussel sprouts with apricot jam, shishito peppers, and delicious filet mignon. Didn't get a chance to try dessert. We will be back.
