If you haven't been to Bourbon Steak, you should do yourself a favor and make a reservation. The staff were very professional. The menu has a lot of great options, and the flavors are even better. Great ambiance with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. I especially praise the chef for choosing to list Patagonian Toothfish on the menu...and I have to say it was truly amazing. Excellent dining experience!
Milan was our server, and he was top notch. I was so impressed with his recommendations during our meal. He talked us through the menu and told us which drinks would accompany the dishes we ordered, and he was spot on.
The food was incredible. We ordered a tableside special and it did not disappoint. I really look forward to coming back.

EVERYTHING....we repeat EVERYTHING was phenomenal. From the interior, our server, to the food…not one single negative critique.
We dined there to celebrate National Sister's day (late) and early birthday. Shout out to the manager Joe and our server Alan.They provided the best customer service, EVER!
We were served complimentary sparkling rose' as a greet beverage that was so refreshing, along with complimentary beef fat fries with trio dipping sauces and a truffle butter infused roll. Each complimentary item was so delicious. It made us excited for the main course.

The food was cooked to perfection!!! Everything was superb. The taste, temperature, presentation, all phenomenal. Hands down, we HIGHLY recommend dining at Bourbon Steak for a great fine dining experience.
It was my first visit. I had the most amazing experience. Everything was superb from the staff to the food. Devon our waiter was awesome. He made sure to take really good care of us. He also shared a little history about bourbon steak and his journey within the company. Keaton our sommelier was equally amazing. Robert our server assist was the sweetest guy, and also amazing. The food was magnificent and plentiful. Every dish was seasoned to perfection. They serve french fries to your table instead of bread for starters. I was already won over. The dessert was great too. I tried the beignets with three different sauces. Oh! The entire staff made this a wonderful celebration. The birthday cone is real. I didn't know that. 😄
Delicious steak house in a classy but natural environment. The service was good but very slow. It feels like they are short staffed.
Great steak house. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the quality of food and service. Bit pricey but it was worth it. They made a small mistake on one of our steak which we did not really care but offered a complementary dessert and a glass of wine. You gotta try their signature dish - lobster pie. Not to mention that their steaks were well cooked and delicious. Enjoyed free french fries appetizer with three different choices of sauce. Two thumbs up!
My bride and I had dinner there on the 9th of December. Alan was our server and he was absolutely amazing, he was very professional, very personable, he was very knowledgeable and I had my mind set on what I wanted but after he described most of the plates, it was a hard choice but what we had, amazing, the whole staff was very professional. Coming from someone who has been in the restaurant business for close to 30 years, I wish I had a team like the one we had last night. I don’t give a perfect score because there is always room to improve but last night’s experience was very close to perfection. Thank you again Alan for an amazing experience. Merry Christmas
This dinner was more than a dinner, it was an experience. We have had the pleasure of trying multiple Michelin star restaurants and the service, food, and ambiance well succeeded our experiences at those restaurants. The staff was extremely accommodating to our service dog, welcomed us, and made us very comfortable. We were beyond impressed with how well the service was and the chef tastings sent to the table. We ordered the tomahawk & filet which had a beautiful table side presentation. This was one of our most memorable dining experiences not only because the food was perfection but the staff and ambiance was exceptional. Thank you for such an amazing evening!
The best bourbon restaurant in Old Town. Steaks are great, on par with the best in Scottsdale. Candied bacon at the bar is a real treat not served in the dining room. not necessarily the best ambiance for romantic date night due to the acoustics and windows looking onto Scottsdale road.
I had a great 1st experience. My husband and I were celebrating his BDay with our children and had a VIP experience from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out. Most definitely recommended for date nights, business meetings and special occasions. The food was delicately presented and served and the taste was AMAZING, if you are a steak lover this is the place. Will most definitely come back!
