This place has a great atmosphere about it. We knew this was the place as Neil diamond was being played. Small but fun place. Talking to folks was nice as everyone was open and fun. Staff was working hard and made sure everyone was taken care of. Definitely will go back again.
Another visit Dec 2023. It doesn’t change from the last time. Always a good time and you get exactly what you expect from a classic dive cowboy bar!it’s just a Great small box cowboy dive bar. The decor is memorable and funny, esp the “big butt chairs”! We were there on a Sunday and they had a cowboy singer strumming a guitar and a few folks got up to dance in the middle of the bar! Good beer and a fun place to wet your whistle!

Wife and I came in for a quick drink after dinner Wednesday evening expecting to leave and hit a few more spots in the area. We had so much fun we couldn't leave and never went anywhere else. We met so many great people here and had a blast. Music was great and had the whole room packed with lines waiting to get in soon after we got there. Bartender Andrew is probably one of the best in the country! He was the only bartender that night in a packed house and service was fantastic. Never missed a drink... What completely blew us away is while he was pouring drinks he was singing into a mic while the guitar player was jamming on the front stage. Hands down one of the best bars we've been into in the country...
Cool hole in the war bar with live music located right in Old Town Scottsdale. Good priced drinks, and great atmosphere. No thrills at this bar, just an amazing time. It’s very small, so be ready to pack in, drink and sing until your heart is content.
I was on vacation in Scottsdale and went there because an artist recommended it. Great local feel. Awesome live band. It is a great vibe in a small place. It will be my local spot when I am in town.
History of the bar is cool... old bank converted to a bar. Drinks are much chair than the trendy restaurants in the area. The female country singer was great. Jimmy, the bartender of 25 years, kept us covered. Fun mix of locals, tourists and business men

Food tour stop. Great nachos and meat was so tender couldn't stop eating. Great place to stop and see inside. Old bank converted with cool decor.
Amazing bar! My Mom and Dad had an incredible time! Great AC! Coolest place we have been all day! Great bartender! Thank you Wade for making this a special experience for my parents out in AZ! What a great friendly guy!
Live country music was epic for a Monday afternoon! Very clean restroom as well!
Cabinish but great food! Happy hour crazy as place is packed for that! We were there for dinner early and battled our way to the bar for a drink waiting for our table. Server was excellent, drinks were strong and Cesar salad was excellent. Wife had the filet mignon soooo good with a peppercorn gravy...must try! I had a 2 bone in pork chop, very juicy and delicious. Lot of attention by servers and food was top shelf
Great place, really nice atmosphere and some proper live music, was busy even early Monday afternoon. Would definitely return
