Father’s Day brunch was crowded everywhere, but this restaurant is big and the front managers always find a way to seat you quickly. And, they are genuinely nice. Our server was very efficient and most personable, as has always been the case here. A pot of coffee, delicious food and fun surroundings, what could be better? We will not hesitate to come back.
We enjoyed our breakfast at the U.S. Egg Breakfast & Lunch in Old Towne Scottsdale! We were seated quickly and the service was friendly. We ordered the California Benedict, the Idaho Hot Skillet, the Sonora burrito, frittata, and 2 combos (pancakes, eggs, meat, etc). Portion sizes were perfect and we left comfortably full. Highly recommended!
A local favorite. No surprises here, just solid dependable quality breakfast fare. The owner is usually around on weekends, making sure everything is running smoothly at this large, busy breakfast mecca.
My only reason for the 4 Stars is the price. For two people to order two skillets and drinks, it rings up to $46.85 after tax, but before tip. I could not afford to eat here on the regular.
However the food and service was fantastic. We left feeling very full. The menu has 0 surprises and the food is prepared with care. Speed of service is very fast too. This would be a good spot to close a business deal or to take an out of town guest too. I'm going to call it an Upscale Denny's. Will be back again when the budget allows.
Great spot for breakfast or lunch. Food was good and portions were big, classic diner food. This is the place to go if you are looking to eat a lot but don’t expect any of the frills. Large parking lot.
Open for breakfast, lunch and brunch we had a little of everything: skillet with eggs, pancakes, cheeseburger and fries. It was all so great! My burger was simple and satisfying, it had a just-right char broiled taste, cooked how I had ordered it. The skillet and pancakes were fun too and our favorite part was the fries. Handcut, with some skin on they were hot and crispy to the last bite. Good coffee, but also great alcoholic drinks: local beers, mimosas and so many specialties (bloody Marys, Baileys and vodka drinks etc).
Great place I had breakfast at with my friend and neighbor today. The food was great snd the service was surprisingly amazing. Will definitely be back again.
This location is FANTASTIC! They were able to accommodate a large party for us and the service was AMAZING. The menu was quite large and gave everyone lots to choose from. Everything was served hot, fresh, and quickly. The waitress was friendly and on top of our requests. They were even quick to pick up dishes and bring refills. 10/10 recommend for your breakfast, lunch, brunch needs. Lastly, they have adequate parking - was no issue for our larger group and then some.
Great place for breakfast and/or lunch. Plenty of parking in their huge lot plus some shaded parking available in the garage. Omelets, breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, bacon and a full lunch menu with salads, burgers and sandwiches. Really friendly staff and fast service. We’ll definitely be back for more.
Great food and great service. I actually went here twice during my 3-day visit to Scottsdale. First day ordered a veggie omelette and side of fruit. I'm accustomed to going to other restaurants and getting canned fruit, this place delivered a slice of honeydew, apple, orange, cantaloupe, grapefruit, and branch of grapes. The omelette and fruit were both absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend!
