Amazing. Staff was super well educated on the menu, very accommodating to food sensitivities, and overly excited to recommend the best plates. Would recommend this to anyone! The food was unreal.

Had the seasonal salad that was added to the menu a week ago. Had salmon and kale added. The roasted cauliflower was the best part, well other than the roasted Brussels sprouts. Let's be honesty, it's actually hard to pick what the best part was. Perfect fall salad! Two thumbs up.

Service and ambience in typical American fashion was fantastic. Menu offers range of different items. Need to read ingredients carefully as not everything healthy. Best dining experience, especially in relation to food I've had in Scottsdale.
I've been to True Food Kitchen once before and just like the first time, I wasn't disappointed. We started with a large portion of the Vegetable Crudite which came out arranged beautifully with all kinds of great fresh veggies and two fantastic sauces for dipping. For my main course I had the Turkey Burger which was a bit drier than the first time I had it, but still tasty. This is a great place with a terrific menu that is ripe for exploration.
Adore this fresh kitchen for breakfast, lunch or dinner fare. The ambiance is wonderful and the food is fresh and locally sourced. It would have gotten a five if there were a few more options, as I am gluten free and dairy free. The egg scramble with roasted sweet potatoes and sausage was amazing!! I ordered it with a vegan almond milk latte. Breakfast is my favorite meal to nosh here.
The restaurant was well decorated and the atmosphere was inviting. Our waitress got snoody when I asked if the salads were entre portions. She replied that "true food kitchen stresses eating healthy and smaller portions." All I asked was if the salads were sides or entree sizes. That's not the reply I expected. The food however was good. The hummus plate is good but be careful because the pita is extremely hot when it comes out. I would go here again but I will ask for a different waitress next time.
Sea Bass tacos were a 6.8 out of 10. Small and not a lot of flavor, but OK. Had bites of other meals, salad and spaghetti squash and both were good.

Fantasic flavor, experience, and health. My wife and I have been "above average" nutrition conscious for the past 25 years. For example, getting 3-5 servings of vegetables a day has been the norm for us. Over the past 4 months we have had a pretty dramatic change in our diet and understanding of how our food choices affect our vitality and health (basically following JJ Virgin's plan on clean eating). This does make eating out a bit of a challenge as you really need know the details what you're eating.
Dining at True Foods was an extremely refreshing experience. First the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Far from being put off by detailed questions, they were very helpful and we both learned from each other. None of this would matter if the food wasn't also flavorful and exciting, or if we felt poorly afterwards. None of that was an issue; we split a bison burger, the blueberry muffin, and the Mediterranean salad. It was excellent and I'm writing this 24hrs later, we felt great all day!
Never had a bad meal here. The kale salad (with salmon) is incredible. The chocolate is a childhood favorite re-invented. Your mother would approve, even though the food is so plentiful that it is hard to clean your plate.
I had the pleasure of visiting True Food Kitchen based on a strong recommendation, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The restaurant's ambiance is perfect for various occasions, whether it's a romantic date or a casual lunch with friends. True Food Kitchen impressively caters to both vegan and non-vegan diners, offering a wide range of appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
I opted for the double vegan cheeseburger, and it was a delightful surprise! Notably, they don't rely on "beyond meat" or "impossible meats" for their patties, yet the burger was incredibly delicious.
The drink selection also deserves praise for its quality. Overall, True Food Kitchen is a must-visit spot for a memorable dining experience.
I love True Food Kitchen as it never disappoints. The menu is eclectic and healthy, and I love the variety to choose from. The food is always very tasty and reasonably priced. The patio is very nice and temperature controlled. I always look forward to trying something different each time we visit.

The food was great like always. The restaurant was not as busy. But, the service was kind of slow for some reason. The drink the food, the check. Everything took longer than usual.

Our experience was amazing! We had a large party (of 10) and the service was so good. From the time we checked in, we were well taken care of. The gentleman that was helping us upon arrival (likely a manager) was so communicative, which set us up for a great night. Abigail was our server and she was kind, friendly, and service oriented, knowing how long to take between checking on us and providing feedback or assistance when needed. We all loved her and her energy and service combined with the amazing food made it a fantastic night! We would highly recommend this location for small and big parties. Great food, service and atmosphere.
Credit can be given to this entity for their open kitchen approach, as well as their vegan friendly concept in efforts to cater to those in the plant base hemisphere. Wasn't happy with the PLASTIC to go dishes/utensils, however. Meals, creative, texture to your taste buds likings, and the same can be said for the taste. And, lastly, the hues of food on your plate will make you take a picture or two.

I arrived at True Foods about 15 minutes before they were closing and everyone was wonderful we ordered they packed us up silverware and whatever we needed to eat and we took the food after we left and walked into the area where they have the music and we pulled up a table and we ate outside by the lights of the trees. Thank you so much for going out of your way for us at the last minute you would truly remarkable and the food was delicious we will be back again
Different and unique food items on the menu. Healthy eating. Nice atmosphere. Located in a great shopping area. Wasn't impressed by the wait staff.
Alway great food and service. We went to brunch and everything was great! From breakfast tacos to avocado toast and pancakes. Conveniently located in Kirkland shopping area this restaurant has a lot of healthy choices. Also great variety of drinks and cocktails. I had a great mimosa. Service is quick and very kind.
