Pros: spacious and bright indoor with different seating options, play structure for kids, clean space, very friendly staff: looked like it’s family run with many regular customers, as one customer was asking the cashier about his dad and dad came to the front to greet. All very welcoming and nice. I just asked about the crowns and he handed me one.
Cons: it appeared to me that some people were sitting there because they didn’t have anywhere to be: no food in front of them, just sitting and watching tv.
Eden helped me this morning and was fantastic. The app said they opened at 8:00, but it was actually 8:30.when I arrived at 8:20 She saw me walk to the door and came out to inquire. She was kind enough to let me in and did full service (order, to making the food, to delivery) and all with a smile. Tremendously grateful.
Only call out about the restaurant is they don’t seem to have a drive through. But they do have a play area that looks newer.
The manager is community oriented. This team delivers the most clean and friendly fast food restaurant I've ever seen. I've been taking my family to this location for 18 years and every visit is enjoyable. I know I am not the only one who appreciates the way this restaurant is consistently thoughtfully managed and maintained by the owner and his team. With that kind of attention you always get the great flame broiled meal you came for. The restaurants ground is clean and safe and so are the bathrooms! :)!
Food is BK standard but the staff was delightfully friendly! Store was very clean and well maintained and the folks working behind the counter were cheerful and welcoming. A very pleasant surprise.
John and Eden in the whole crew to an exceptional job of making sure the food is hot the atmosphere is clean there's no problem with this Burger King I guarantee you it's the best in the state

Great location and the best Whopper I have had in a very long time! Food is made to order and you can definitely taste the difference. Avoid all other locations and come here instead. Plenty of parking and the staff is super friendly. Definitely will be a regular here, keep up the great work!
The restroom is clean. That means it doesn't smell like a public restroom . Dining is clean, and service is good.

This restaurant participate on the offers showing up on Burger King App. The place has plenty of parking space, and it's clean. The staff are friendly and nice to customers more than the standard greetings and thank you from typical places. It's as if you're a regular even if you're not. To my surprise, the manager or supervisor, when messing with the cashier register, actually greets people even though I initially didn't realize he was there. Kudos for the service. Burger is also hot unlike most other restaurants, makes me think it's quite literally fresh from the grill.
I have been around coming back for quite some time. They never fail delivering great burgers. Today in particular is different. Not only was the burger fresh from the grill (slightly warmer than usual), but the chicken nuggets felt like fresh from the frying machine. It's the best experience ever by far. As always, the person behind cashier that somehow gives a "supervisor" aura is friendly. He will greet you with smile.
Yes, there are low-carb options at Burger King Curtner location (next to Almaden Twin theatres). This is the Whopper deconstructed onto a plate with extra lettuce. They provide condiments on the side. Delicious! You can select any burger or sandwich as a low-carb option. Nice staff and clean restroom facilities. Also, they have a big flat screen TV mounted high for the entire restaurant to view. Tonight they had the Warriors game on...YAYY! WARRIORS WIN!!
