Awesome baristas here! They did a good job in providing my drinks at a quick and efficient time. Restrooms were pretty clean as well.

I was in San Jose for two weeks on business , I found this Starbucks that was conveniently located by the office that I worked at, in those two weeks Monday through Friday I went in to this specific Starbucks and Moises, Valeria, Lexi, and Molly were always very nice to me and made me feel welcomed, especially once they got my name down they greeted me every morning by my name, and I really appreciated that. They were always quick and got my food and drink right every time. These kids are all exceptional in customer service, and should be recognized.
Only got iced coffee. Friendly, polite, quick

A great Starbucks location, outstanding baristas, easy parking.
I went today (06/08/21) and the workers were very kind. Upon entering they greeted my mom and I with a smile and a hello. They forgot one of my drinks but that was a mistake on my end for not speaking louder and clearer, they were very sweet when I told them they forgot one of my drinks and they even gave me a free coffee in exchange! I wasn’t upset because their whole vibe was very great and they make you feel comfortable and as if you’re talking to a group of your closest friends. I would definitely go back. I didn’t get all of their names but one of the cashiers was named Kevin. Plus the drinks tasted good even though they made the drinks very quickly even though they were training a worker. :)
I’ve been to many coffee places across the states and this location has, by far, been my favorite. Their coffee is SECOND to their customer service. I love to try new drinks and every morning I asked for something I haven’t tried, they wouldn’t cease to amaze me with another delicious drink!! They were also attentive and very kind. I will definitely be stopping by here whenever I’m in town again. (:
I normally order through my app to avoid the line. We come here every Sunday as a normal routine. The food and drinks are always ready and the baked goods are always warm. We will continue coming back.
