Friendly customer service, centrally located in N San Jose, corner of First St and Hedding St, made to order delicious Sandwiches of variety of breads, hot delicious soup of the day, avoid visiting during lunch hours, SJPD is within walking distance and it's fairly frequented by city officials, police department and employees working nearby, parking lot is very limited, suggest visiting during lunch hours, moderate prices, highly recommended,
I had been craving a Togo's sandwich for a few weeks now, so I finally decided to stop on my way home from church.
I had a very short wait in line before I was warmly greeted by my preparer (or "preparess" since she was a female 😁). Anyhow, after getting her assurance that the wrap I was considering (for my grandma, who does NOT do spicy food AT ALL) isn't spicy, I ordered the wrap for her and a sandwich for myself.
Service was fast and friendly, and I'll definitely be back to try some of their salads, which looked (or sounded) good.
And my sandwich craving has been sated!
One thing I really appreciated was my preparer's kindness. I told her not to mind my watching her roll the wrap because I was hoping to see a professional at work. Every time I try to roll wraps at home, they NEVER turn out correctly. So she rolled it in my view for my own tutorial, which was very sweet of her.
A little bit pricey but better quality than subway. Always a good sandwich
I am writing this review after eating my amazing lunch. I ordered the 1/2 pastrami and broccoli and cheese soup. The sandwich was hug and the soup was amazing. It pasted me two days of lunch. Since the sandwich was so hug. The staff was also so kind. I called in the order at that time I could not member broccoli and cheeses so I just said clam chowder. When I got there I asked if I could change it to broccoli and cheese that she said no problem at all. So when you call in an order they do not leave your soup sitting there to get cold and also with my hot pastrami sandwich they actually put the pastrami in when I got there to make sure that it was hot when I ate it. Thank you Togos do you have an amazing crew here.
I've been here before, actually a few times the last couple weeks so don't want to give it low stars and I absolutely love TOGO's but..... yesterday after getting a sandwich and taking it home,.... after eating half of it I took out the second half and took a couple bites out of it and had something in my mouth and pulled out a black hair from the guy that made it which grossed me out and I had to throw it away.
Now I'm hesitant to want to go there again. So nasty,....blah!
This location was new to me. The staff was friendly and efficient. My sandwich was delicious and just as I ordered it. I would definitely visit again!
Nice staff...good sandwich makers...its TOGOS so it's good but you can tell the people that try a bit more.
This location was great. Very clean inside, the employee was polite & very attentive to making our order correct.
Clean store. Friendly employee. Fancy soda machine. Slight error on customization on sandwich (but not a deal breaker). Online ordering available. Will return for more #9's.
It's Togo's so it's pretty good. Some workers got in an argument with some customers. I guess they never were taught how to deal with annoyed customers because they just made it worse by arguing.
