DELICIOUS PIZZA, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Thank you for such an amazing experience. I was trying to place my order online and I was having some issues entering a coupon code. I called the store and one of the male team members answered very pleasantly.
I explained my issue, immediately he got Dave on the phone to help me out. Dave was super polite and helpful. Amazing customer service. He said it would be easier if I ordered over the phone so I wouldn't have to wait.
The pizza is always really tasty in every location I have tried, I wish could say the same about customer service.
I guess I found my new go-to location. Thank you Dave and the whole team. You guys are awesome.
Ordered my pizza by phone and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Just as promised, it was hot and ready in exactly 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly and polite. The pizza was to go, so we got extra cheese and pepper but no paper plates. This location doesn't give paper plates...no biggie.
Great pizza, took my Dad here, he loved it. They had great customer service they even gave me a discount, my lucky day.
Yes the bathrooms were bad but that's on the manager, other than that it's worth it I recommend this spot
Last week Thursday I ordered a half Salami half create your own with bbq sauce, chicken, bell peppers, red onions, and so fourth. XL size with wings. Man, best experience ever!! I hope the owner sees this comment and gives recognition to the employees on duty that day. I am a veteran Round Table team member and know what makes Round Table great, I experienced that greatness last week, thank you.
Love it here but there was a client harasing the baker which was really inappropriate because i had my 8 year old daughter there. I had to close her eyes and hold her tight to me to avoid her from hearing there arguing. It was terrible, but i turned around and let the customer know to stop and he did. Honesty i think that gentleman should have gotten cicked out and round table should have a no tolerance for things like that. It was uncomfortable for me and my daughter to have to sit tru that.
I haven't been here for dine-in in years, but I order for delivery every now and then and these guys ALWAYS beat their estimated time, even at peak pizza hours, and they don't forget anything like cheese & peppers and sauce. Great pizza delivery place.
Front guy won't look at you. But friendly. Food is great. Loved the draft beer they offered hazy little thing IPA. All around great place .
Great pizza better than pizza hut and little Caesars a bit slow on phone and in person but online ordering is they to go.
Service was exilent cute workers but sorry I can't show you the in side they would not lete me.i have it a 5 stars because it very nice and not getto.lime you might think
Great spot to sit back and watch the game whatever game that maybe the service is great the location is good and it's a friendly environment I suggest anybody wanting to just hang out
