The music was very loud. There is a concert-level, high watt speaker above every table (that is by the wall) and the music volume was so loud that I could not talk to anyone on the phone. I had to shout so that the other person could hear me. I asked them to lower the volume but even after that, the music volume was still too high.

One of my favorite Chipotle stores to go to the staff is very friendly their portion sizes are great however sometimes they get so overwhelmed because they're understaffed the dining area can be really dirty including the drink and beverage area.

Servers are careless and literally do not care if your wrapper or bowl lid is being dragged across sour cream as they scoop your fillings. They'll give it to you covered in foil AND the sour cream. I watched them do this over a few orders. Gross.

I ordered Chipotle catering from this location for 10 people online a few days in advance and picked up the order. The service was excellent (the employee carried it to our car for us). The food was hot and fresh and was ready on time. I highly recommend getting catering from this location!

The experience was ok but the food was too tex mex for my taste. The service was not very personable and I felt like I was just a dollar sign to them as the person taking our order was already speaking to the people behind us while I was in the middle of what I believed to be a two party conversation but the order taker person was quite short with me and they were already asking the people behind me what they wanted before my credit card was even swiped. I'm sorry but I find that to be extremely rude!

Fresh food and very friendly staff members. I especially love that there is a spot to clean your hands where the condiments and napkins are. The dining area remained clean each time I paid a visit. Being at this restaurant is comforting. Shout out to one of the fantastic servers - Mr. Burton.

Always good food at affordable prices. This one is well placed for San Jose suburbs and generally clean and staffed with humans / close to humans!
You can get good Gluten Free options here - just ask for the bowl. All other ingredients are safe. You can also ask the server to change gloves in case they have been handling flour tortillas recently.
App works well for pickup.

First off the location is about a block from my house so that's a plus. The restaurant itself is clean and plays some interesting music. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and definitely know what they're doing. The food is tasty and portions reasonable. My only beef is something that they don't really have any control over and that's the cost of the guacamole! I will keep going back for sure.
