Wonderful ramen... Not salty at all...My son finished his bowl in 10 minutes. Excellent.
Very good ramen. Pot Belly and Truffle ramens were excellent. Great staff as well. Can't wait to go back again.
Came in a group of five, and luckily we were seated almost immediately. Within minutes there were at least a dozen folks outside waiting to be seated. That is definitely a good sign for any type of ramen place!
This was the line-up we sampled:
* Porco Ramen

* Cashu Don
* Onigiri Unagi
I had the Porco Ramen, and it did not disappoint. The broth was tasty, and not overly saturated with sodium. The main standout was the pork. From the texture, flavor, and charred edges, these folks have mastered the art of pork in a ramen bowl! I'd say a few more slices would have been nice, but I'm sure they would have to raise their prices. All of the other dishes that were sampled at the table were also a hit. Not one complaint, and everyone agreed that it was now on their top 3 ramen list.

Very good find in a strip mall! We tried the Porco and Truffle. We love the broth - rich, creamy and flavorful but not overly salty like a lot of other ramen shops. The special pork cheek was very good. Truffle ramen was unique and I love everything Truffle lol. The karaage was very delicious — crispy, tender and most inside —the best I have tasted! We also ordered the kimchi fried rice with seared pork belly and slow cooked egg. Slightly spicy, flavorful and absolutely delicious!
My husband loves the oniguri tuna with perfectly browned and crispy rice. The manager sent us a complimentary onigiri unagi (broiled bbq eel) and that was my favorite of the two onigiri. Ambiance was modern and clean, service is great!!!

Ordered the Porco ramen and some potstickers. The noodles were pretty good, thin, but al dente. The pork bone broth was somewhat tasty, but not very; it was not as salty as some places (that's good for me). The pork belly slices were grilled a bit, they were kind of hard to chew (not expected since they were pretty fatty), not tasty. The sides, such as the egg and woodear mushroom were pretty good. The potstickers were fresh and crispy outside, liked them. The decor was comfortable and service was great!
The soup was really good, and the noodles was decent. I would recommend if you just need a good ramen craving. We had the takoyaki and fried chicken for appetizers. The chicken was made deliciously. Not much variety for appetizers. Wait can long as the restaurant is tiny.
Just picked up dinner for the family and as in past visits we were very happy with the food. The portions are perfect and the flavor of the broth is very nice. The chicken was still hot and crispy thanks to their packaging technique.
I really love the broth and the texture of the ramen. The appetizers are decent except the potstickers is a little hit and miss. Pork cheek is special, but like the normal version better. I think a little bit of corn will make the ramen tastes better.
The truffle ramen was amazing. Great flavors, not too over powering as truffle can sometimes be. Really nice ambience. Quiet & intimate. Great customer service. Will be back soon!

Lightly battered Karaage. Takoyaki perfectly cooked. Amazing Tonjotsu Ramen (the Sous-Vide Pork Cheeks are a great add-on).
Good service, good ramen. I ordered the Truffle Ramen and it was extremely rich. That being said the rich soup brought great flavor to the noodles. Adding an egg only made it better. I enjoyed it overall. I will have to come back to try the other options.
Delicious, reasonably priced and quick service. All you could ask for in a ramen shop. Try the truffle ramen. A touch of porcini paste, crunchy wood ear mushroom ribbons, a soft boiled egg and grilled pork belly in a rich bone broth served with slender ramen noodles. Comfort in a bowl.
