This is a Starbucks location located inside a Target department store, just like many other such Target locations have a Starbucks inside them. As far as the Starbucks offerings go, it's standard faire Starbucks and you know what to expect and they generally deliver it. So you like Starbucks and you happen to be inside this Target location, then no reason not to go.

One of the best Starbucks in a target experiences I ever had. We were helped almost immediately and our drinks were made perfectly. All thanks to Howard the barista he was very considerate and thoughtful. He asked how we were doing which we replied good and he even took the time to make sure my name was spelt correctly. We didn’t think it would get much better until we tried our drinks and they were literally so well-made and tasted delicious.

Poorly staffed, however the gentleman that was working there had a sense of urgency and awareness. Made my drink wrong in the rush but he showed a sense of urgency and kept addressing the crowd. He was a one man army for a while. I appreciate his dedication.
