Mitchell's Ice Cream

OMG! You haven't had ice cream until you've had Mitchell's ice cream! Dozens of flavors and you can make any flavor ice cream into a milkshake! I had a eggnog single scoop in waffle cone and a pumpkin milkshake that was absolutely amazing! Staff are very friendly and attentive. But beware if you go during peak hours as the line can get pretty massive but we'll worth the wait! They do not disappoint!

I visited there first time, OMG what an Ice cream 🍨😍 *** I never had before as I visited lots of ice cream parlors . I ordered Almond Raisin and I forgot the other flavor of ice cream 😉 but anyways it was super tasty, me and my husband finished it like anything 😄.. Definitely going again soon and try other flavors. Very good ice cream! Very popular and quite a wait, ~20 min wait. Parking in the front is 10 min parking M-F 9am-6pm. When you arrive make sure to get a number inside. Tried the cantaloupe and lucuma, very tasty and refreshing. Cantaloupe reminds me of a Melona bar. Ended up ordering Oreo and hojicha in a cone. Oreo has chunks of cookie. The cone is quite crunchy. My SO ordered rocky road and oreo. Great ice cream. Too bad I don’t live close by, but it’s for the best (pats gut).

My family and I ADORE this mom and pop ice cream shop. The ambience, the service, the people here are timeless. But most importantly, the ice cream is SO DELICIOUS. The flavors are rich and creamy without being too sweet. Do yourself a favor and come here. When you enter there's a number dispenser on the left side of the doorway. Grab a number so you can try as many flavors as you want. The workers are always so kind and patient. If you're getting prepackaged ice cream you don't need a number. Just come in, grab your gallons then head to the quick checkout line on the right hand side of the counter specifically for that. Mitchell's also has ice cream cakes you can preorder and customize or buy premade then customize. They also have other sweets so for those times when it's not busy feel free to look around and find other treats. Honestly, do yourself a favor and come here for some deliciousness.

This is such an iconic ice cream shop! Came here on a weekend with some friends to get some ice cream. I love tasting the interesting flavors they have. I ended up getting the ube ice cream, but the ube flavor wasn’t that strong. Nonetheless, I tried some of my friend’s ice cream flavors and they were delicious! For Asian flavors, I probably won’t come here, but for classic flavors it’s definitely on point. Service was great and there was one staff member that was very enthusiastic and even knew some Tagalog when he realized we wanted ube. Friendly spot!

There is a reason this place is still popular after 50 years. Ice creams and sorbet are delicious. I'd recommend a pint at least because it is the most balanced in terms of price efficiency and quantity. I don't think you can go wrong with anything and don't hesitate to try a few flavours to find the right one for you. Staff are nice and efficient. The only drawback is that the wait can be long. Don't stay in line and go pick your ticket in the store which will be called later or your wait will be endless. Overall, a great spot for ice-cream that you'll visit over and over again.
