Fun little novelty ice cream place. You can make whatever ice cream sandwich your imagination will allow. Staff was friendly and helpful. A bit on the price side though, $6.50 per sandwich, at time of writing, so I can't say I'll do this but once a year. Might be a fun reward for teams.
Super Delicious. Love the Combo . the Two ladies were very polite & helpful. Ahe even offered to warm up our sandwiches.
I went to PB during NFL season and they did Not offer. Warming makes a definite difference, my brownie was gooey yummy delicious.
This place was a amazing place to eat. It was a astonishing treat. If you have some time on your hands this would be a perfect place to go for a refreshing delicious snack. There are so many choices to choose from that you’ll be wanting to have everything there. The service was also great. You should definitely go to The Baked Bear, you won’t regret it.
The ice cream sandwiches were delicious and were made quickly. The selection of ice cream flavors and cookies were good. The only negative aspect was the limited topping selection, but overall a very nice treat
We recently used the Baked Bear for our wedding dessert instead of a traditional cake. They were so delicious, and so great to work with, helping us figure out flavors and delivery, and they even made a special sandwich for a guest with nut allergies!
Great ice cream and service. My company needed assistance with catering an ice cream party for ~100 employees, and Daniel was just what you'd want in a business partner. Quick responses, helpful, and tasty ice cream as promised. I'd definitely use them again, or just hit the store up for a tasty IC sammy!
I usually love the Baked Bear in PB but unfortunately we had very bad experience at this location.

Cons:
Instead of soft and freshly baked cookies and brownies, we received stale and hard ones. The girl did not offer to even warm these for us. When we asked her to do so she had already made the sandwich so she just put the entire sandwich in the warmer for maybe 5 seconds. This wasn't enough time to warm the cookies but she was probably afraid to leave it longer because of the ice cream melting. My family and I were also horrified at the attire of one of the young ladies here who was wearing torn denim shorts so short that you could see everything. .

Clean, friendly, relaxed, and cozy place to relax and enjoy a classic ice cream treat whether it be their custom ice cream cookie/brownie samwhiches to nostalgic root beer floats. Placed in a rustic shopping center, this is a perfect place to reward yourself or someone else to a small and sweet treat.
Who doesn't love ice cream? The Baked Bear is a nice option for ice cream because you can make your own custom ice cream sandwiches. I'm a fan of the snickerdoodles with vanilla, but there are tons of flavors to choose from to make your own combination. Make great party treats too.
