Visited The Taco Stand during a recent trip to San Diego, and every item we tried was delightful. We started with the chips and guacamole, and I personally enjoyed a special tostada and a grilled fish taco. The tacos for everyone were fantastic – freshly made, bursting with fresh flavors, and complemented by delicious salsas. And the corn on the cob? Absolutely delightful! I would unquestionably return!

Was walking around and my nose caught this place before my eyes did. 10/10 so happy we stopped in here. Got the carne asada breakfast burrito and it was super flavorful. They also have a whole sauce bar that you can pick from and package your own sauces and pickles onions to go. I would definitely stop by here again!

The place was very busy even at 3pm on a Saturday. My tacos were wonderful! The freshly made shells were wonderful. It was nice to be able to add different salsas and toppings from the condiment bar at the back by the soda machine.

This is nice little spot on B Street between Sixth and Seventh Streets. Great food and service. No parking. Some seating outside. I recommend taking food to go. I’ll be back

Good burrito and tacos. The Mary Tierra Fries are great. It's fries, topped with steak, shrimp, cheese, quac, and some sauce.

Some of the best tacos i’ve ever had. Al Pastor even came with pineapple on top. Freshly made tortillas and melt in your mouth chicken and pork

This is a solid taqueria with a few more options than just tacos. The tacos are tasty with solid tortillas, and the shrimp were cooked perfectly on the camaron tack, although the carne asada is not quite as good as other places in the area (specifically Tacos El Gordo). I also appreciate that they have burritos, chips, and corn on the cob, which has an excellent cheese and chili-lime seasoning, as well as a salsa bar.
If all you want are carne asada tacos, there may be other options. However, if you're looking for some more options, including fish and shrimp, the Taco Stand is an excellent option.

I randomly popped in here and I'm glad I did. My whole family and I loved it. I ordered the Al Pastor Burrito and it was delicious. I was impressed by how fresh the salsas were in the salsa bar. My 1 year old son accidentally dropped his drink and the staff made no qualms about it and cleaned it almost immediately. The staff was friendly and personable. I will visit again
