Super fun coffee house. Adam was wonderful and very informative about the menu and local artists. A must experience if you are looking to chill with your significant other, or friend, while sipping coffee and eating cake 🍰
Excellent restaurant once you order. The line on a Sunday at 11am was long. It took about 20 minutes to order. They do let you start drinking coffee while you're waiting. Once you order, you can find your table. For as many people in line, there was plenty of seating.
It was a beautiful Sunday in Texas, so we decided to sit outside. The waiters bring your food out.
The salmon eggs Benedict portion was good enough for a person to share or eat on their own. It comes with a side of fruit. They have seasonal waffles. We got an order of the chocolate waffles. Can you say yummy?? My boyfriend ordered the omelette with roasted potatoes and he was very happy with his order.
They have different coffees you can choose from at their coffee bar. You can serve your own coffee. They two options for mimosas. You can either get a single mimosa or a semi bottomless mimosa for under $13.

I found this place on Zomato and was hoping it would live up to the reviews. Let me tell you, I was impressed! I loved the shabby chic vibe and the friendly staff. The bottomless mimosas are awesome! I love that you're able to make them yourself so you can decide on your champagne to juice ratio. The breakfast was also delicious! I had the huevos rancheros and didn't leave anything behind.
Food is great! They have a featured meal each time I go and each time it's been delicious. Expect a wait when you go on Sunday since they have bottomless mimosas. It's a place where you order first then find a seat but I've always found a table or a place at the bar even when it's busy.
How can you pass up bottomless mimosas?! Try the green eggs and ham if you love pesto! They were so so yummy!
Absolutely love this place! Food is always good, great selection of wine, coffee, and teas, and Sunday brunch is incredible!
Candlelight is of course always a stop for my friends and I when it comes to starting our Sunday Funday. The breakfast is always hot and fresh and the mimosas keep flowing throughout the morning. All in all, this place is essential for anyone wanting to have a great breakfast and a tasty mimosa.

Candlelight was our choice for a special birthday meal for one of our friends. It was a wonderful birthday experience for him since the food and service were great. The atmosphere was perfect for our celebration. Candlelight is so much more than a coffee house.
We started our meal with a fruit and cheese plate with both a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc and a bottle of Prosecco. Their wine list is quite good, by the way, and not too horribly expensive.
For entrees, Candlelight serves some really good fare. Our birthday boy ordered the Moroccan Chicken, which is grilled chicken and veggies sautéed in a hot pepper oil tossed with mildly curried fettuccine pasta. He loved it. My partner chose the Honey-Orange Glazed Chicken, which is grilled chicken with some red bell peppers in a sweet & tangy sauce served with Basmati rice. I chose the Shrimp Alfredo, which is a shrimp mixed with a creamy Alfredo sauce spooned over fettuccine pasta. We all chose salads.
Our overall experience here was wonderful, and we hope others stop by Candlelight sometime to enjoy an evening as we did.

Wonderful experience with equally as wonderful food. It was a bit chilly out that day, but we had heaters surrounding us & I got myself a delicious hot chocolate. We enjoyed cat views and an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere while we chowed down on our food.
We are so happy that candlelight is still open after they moved across the side street. They are a perennial favorite with fantastic food, fantastic service, and a fantastic atmosphere. Great for late night gatherings of friends over coffee will be returning soon we hope.

Been there twice and enjoyed both visits. If you're there for brunch, the pancakes & chicken/waffles are both delicious. Add a side of bacon for good measure, duh.
They have $2 mimosas if you dine and a bottle 🍾 for $12. The service is excellent. They are very generous and attentive. Huge outdoor patio with umbrellas for shade.

We were in town for a wedding and found this place on Google while looking for a breakfast spot near by. I am so glad we went! Granted, it was super hot and there is not much of an indoor eating area. So its mostly outdoors. they had fans and lots of shade. The setup is cute and it's a chill environment. You order and pay via website by scanning a qr code. So its very convenient and easy if your in a big group. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! We will definitely come back next time we're in town!

The parking is a nightmare for all of North Saint Mary Street; but the YMCA has a massive lot within a few minutes walk. Now is the time for the community to keep supporting the businesses during the construction.
My first time to visit. My partner and I were greeted with friendly smiles instantly! They have an amazing choice of foods and a beautiful area to relax and enjoy your food and drinks. The owners and chef were super nice and gave us recommendations off their menu. Absolutely loved their fruit and cheese plate!
Came here with my sisters and everyone was so amazing. Not from texas and we all were just so amazed with the hospitality we received. Jonathan and Adrianda were both so amazing and I can’t believe how personable they were. As someone who used to work the service industry, I know its hard sometimes to keep that vibe going. I want to come here everyday!
Service and food was outstanding. They were so considerate for us, and lineient. The drinks were fab and the waffle and chicken so freaking good. The number one reason why I would go again is because of the service. The back garden/patio is so cute and it’s in this small house looking restaurant
